I love this story, just love it. Hermione, in her "dream" induced haze, seems to come across a lot like Luna, which I love. great story, a favorite! :)

Lol, so I read thus story as if her daydream charm had expired, and instead acted like a port key instead, taking her to a very real, alive Snape. Is that how it was intended to be read, yes? Either way, I liked it a lot. I'd love a sequel to this, if you were so inclined! Lol

Great story telling!!  I'm pretty sure I've read this before, either on LJ or another archive, but it's the first time I've read it here on TPP.There is one particular sentence that resonated with me:  "How long had it been since she had felt that heading-off-on-a-quest sensation of researching a new topic?"When I read the books I really identified with Hermione, and this is one of the things I liked about her character. Thanks for a lovely read,Beth

I must have read this on LJ because I didn't review here- lucky for me. ;)  I had forgotten how wonderfully fun of a read this was.  She has no inhibitions because she doesn't believe it is real.  And this Snape is more relaxed, and even amused at Hermione and her staunch daydream beliefs. Which reminded her . . . “I think I’d like to have sex now.”If that isn't the most matter-of-fact pick up line, I don't know what is.  I'm glad she isn't mortified when she finds out it is real.  What a wonderful solution he has to their problem.  Loved this all over again!

I enjoyed this a lot.Your Hermione feels very real, and I love that she isn't too embarrassed when she realises that her daydream isn't a fantasy.

Very good.  Clever plot and smoothly written.

Loved the back story, the realness of her frustration, disappointment, unknown future and needs; the mixture of possible dreamlike hallucination and reality was wonderful--so that  when the ending revealed, it was a real treat! Lovely that they have both found each other to be quite *real* and just what each other needs with an uplifting future before them!

Wonderful story. I really liked the many feels of the story - heartbreak, disbelief, budding romance. And humour. Thank you for posting. (And I too would love to read about them as unspeakables....)

I don't blame Hermione for storming out of the relationship with Ron. especially when she was sharing a room at the Burrow.

The day dream potion is great and although it apparently did not work properly. Perhaps it was out of date and the chemicals reacted in a different way.

The dream like responses from Hermione to Snape were hillarious . Least she got what she wanted.

Then for Snape to turn up with a job interview and more for her all ended well.

Thanks for writing and if you have any left packets of the day dream potion that has the same effect as Hermione's can I please beg one?

You know, I'm not really certain I have read this before, but I'm so glad I have now. What a delight! I loved Hermione's rationale about being 'brilliant' during her daydream, and finding Snape at just the right time of her life. The ending was perfect, and the entire story was a joy from start to finish, even if I did hurt for her loniliness. Now I know she won't be.
