my catalyst into the world of hp fanfic was the ignominious death of severus snape by snakebite in dh. grrrrr. he deserved better, and i set off on a mission to find it! i appreciate and admire the vast and limitless creativity of all of the wonderful writers on this site and in this fandom.
accordingly, for me it's mostly about snape: ss/le, ss/hg, ss/rl are my favorite ships. i especially like happy endings for those who did not get them at the hands of jkr.

This is a lovely, rather unexpected piece. Narcissa here is wonderful.

it was unexpected for me, too, lol. well, the prompt from karelia just hit a really perfect spot with my muse and this was the result. another piece that i would never have come up with on my own and that i was pleasantly surprised with what came out. this might be the first time i wrote narcissa - at least that i can recall at the moment!

Well, that was very unexpected and very well written. Kudos. And I love that Narcissa has a hidden kinky side.

thank you, i'm glad you liked it. sometimes it's fun writing to other people's prompts - it can lead to something like this, which i would never have written in a million years otherwise. and i definitely think narcissa has a hidden kinky side, lol.

I've just read it again (sooooo preferring the TPP design over LJ!), and it made me shiver again. So much delight in there. So perfect. So gentle. So incredibly encouraging. Thank you.

tpp is always a much nicer place to read everything. :Dand you are very welcome. i'm happy to have written something that gives you such enjoyment. you gave me a wonderful prompt to work with - as i said to someone else, it undoubtedly helps that i am of an age to understand precisely the beauty of which narcissa speaks. it was pure pleasure to write this for you. <3

thank you. it's fun writing to other people's prompts sometimes - this was definitely a story i never would have written without that impetus, and i'm happy with how it turned out.
