Iridescent Snow is NOT abandoned, but it's on a rather long hiatus! Unfortunately, I've been stolen away from the fandom by RL in the form of medical school!

I really liked this it was very good. Especially since my name is Jeannie. It was close.
Poor Severus. Well, the Grangers had no experience in raising a witch but they managed. Severus did not grow up in an apothecary but he learned the skills. I'm glad he has his in-laws' support. THANK YOU for this follow-up to a favorite story!!!
Thank you for a wonderful story!
This is such a beautiful story. I really enjoyed Emissary, especially since Hermione's parents are almost absent from the books, so I definitely enjoyed reading this story from David's perspective again. I loved the dialogue between he and Severus, and as others have said, the last paragraph in particular was very moving. Great job!
oh... how sweet
Oh, I am trying not to be teary-eyed after reading this. I really enjoyed Emissary, and this was yet another pleasure. David is a humorous and sensitive narrator and proved a great foil for Severus as well. Thank you for sharing this with us!
Very nice indeed. So much of the previous story had been about David learning about his own daughter through or because of of Severus. It's nice to see the tables turned for this one event where David is the more knowlegdable one. Thank you.
Lovely !!
I think we all go through those times of 'Can I do it?','Can I raise a child?','Will I love it?'. As a new mum, I wasn't sure I could cope, but hey - look at me now! I can relate to Severus in this so much because that insecurity we all feel shows his humanity. Great writing by the way.
Awww.. the last paragraph brought tears to my eyes. This was every bit as wonderful as "Emissary". I really enjoy David's take on Severus. He spins a wonderful tale. Thank you. (I hope your plot bunnies multiply like... well, rabbits.)
Awww.
Awww that was good. :O)
So beautiful!!!
I think I remember reading this elsewhere *ahem Ashwinder ahem*, but I had to read it again. It's that good. ^_^

The end made me cry. The story was so beautiful! Thank you so much!
