Reviews for An Unlikely Partnership
Still doing their jobs.
"the last projec Fred worked on before he died."
gave me the creeps.
a ghost! Fred returned!
and then not only one, but them all!!
A conspiracy with Snape involved well well well.
this is what comes out.
poor souls.
Why aren't they allowed to rest in peace?
A lovely take on the prompt. Thank you

Thank you for reading & reviewing.
Hee! I like the idea of a ghost guard at Diagon Alley :)
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
They volunteered, so I took them up on the offer. Thanks.
Great job with the prompt. I love the ghost guard!

They really wanted to do their bit in Diagon Alley.
Cute. Nice to see all our fallen heros again. :)

Thanks. They just wanted to help with this story.
I like the idea of colour-changing Pygmy Puffs. Can I have one?
That's so cool! I really like the idea of every ghost taking a different shoppe to haunt, and all getting along. I'm left with wondering if Sirius took Harry up on his offer...personally, I don't know if I would, it sounds like the merry band of mischievious ghosts are too fun to give up! Great entry!!!

Thanks. I think Sirius could finally fulfill Lily and James' request that he be Harry's godfather, albeit a ghostly one.
None of them could resist, could they? Cute.

The temptation was just too great. I had to do it.
Wands in back pockets? Oh, Alastor, we knew it was you... Pink Pygmy Puffs... Tonks in action? And Severus, still fighting against Umbridge. Well done (and thoughtfully assigned).
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
Actually, Snape was busy in the Apothecary, re-arranging the potion ingredients so that the freshest one were in front for the students. Lupin was vanishing the Slinkhard book. It was just too much fun to assign ghosts to certain shops. Thanks.

Oh, of course! I suppose all three DADA instructors would be happy to rid the world of the Slinkhard, but you're right... I should have figured that one out by process of elimination!
I love that all the ghosts are cooperating to watch over Diagon Alley :)
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
Each one had a purpose. And, as in the order, they worked together.
Harry is remarkable. I had no idea until I read the names. Then... *headdesk* Of course, all the clues were there. Nice work!

I had fun with this one. The little tells for each character were there if you knew what to look for. I knew most everyone would get the Moody reference about the wand in the back pocket.
Awwww. Very cute, nicely done. What was Lupin doing, though? I imagine Moody was the one attacking that Slinkhard book.
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
Moody was in OIllivander's. Lupin was in Flourish & Blott's with the Slinkhard book. Tonks was in Eeylops. Fred was in WWW. Sirius was in Knockturn Alley. Snape was in the Apothecary. The Slinkhard book was the one Umbridge used, so of course Lupin would take exception to ANYONE thinking it might be of any use.
How sweet the ghost of Serius gets to stay with Harry. Love the mayhem, how like him.
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
Each one had a purpose. Sirius gets to do the job Lily and James gave him, finally.
Hehehe, a ghost conspiracy! Fabulous!
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
The shops in the Alley were the deciding factors in the characters. Each was connected in some way.
Mmm- I love it that they are all together watching over Diagon Alley; love all of the detailed Canon references reflecting each respective ghost! And Harry using his detective skills! Lovely!
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
The references were fun to do. I hoped everyone would catch on.
Loved it:-))
I suspected that it was Fred carrying on with the prankster stuff. I didn't expect that he had help. Nice job with the prompt.
Ha ha. They're tricksy devils, aren't they?
Response from kyriaofdelphi (Author of An Unlikely Partnership)
It was fun to write.

Oh, wonderful! Great take on the prompt!

Thank you. It was extremely fun this week.
LOL... that's sweet. I particularly enjoyed the way the situation manifested itself at Ollivanders.

Moody's best line in the whole series was the one about not keeping your wand in your back pocket. I HAD to use it as a reference. LOL.
Interesting group to come together to keep an eye on the shops. Loved it.

The tells for each character were there. Each had their own bailiwick to oversee. It fit.
