I am so addicted to this series that I left the safety of my beloved Ashwinder to read the last one. It was well worth it. Since Neville bounced when he was dropped from a window, could you write that Hermione survived the fall? Mabey she had second thoughts as she was falling and cast Aresto Momentum at the last moment. She would have still made a loud sound when she hit-as in HP 7 part 2. I want her to survive for her daughter's sake. I want her to fight back again the way I know she did when they were first married. I know these characters are OOC but I realize why they are that way. Both have been damaged from the war with V, they have both been tortured by death eaters, and both have deep scars that are internal as well as external. These facts are in the books so they are supposed to be acting this way. Life changes you from the person you used to be to the person you don't even recognize. The books are supposed to be sweet and everybody will live happily ever after but, this is your story- make them as miserable as you want. Just PLEASE write me another story that picks up from the 3rd one. And PLEASE write that Hermione survives, recovers, and kicks Sev's butt for what he's done to her so far. You can have them stay together at the end if you want, I don't care. Mabey Hermione could start attending counciling sessons with her husband so they could work out their diffrences. Or She could just grab her daughter and hex his testicles off. Either way I will be happy. Thank You for writing this wonderful story.

I'm actually quite scared to leave a review after your tell-off at the end... I've never thought of Severus as a violent person, at least not an out of spite violent person - but before you start screaming at me: I'm not saying that is nessecarily a bad thing and I'm always in favor of showing different approaches to a character.It's better than reading over and over again about the happy couple that made it through the war and left all differences behind. That is no less OOC.So, a very good story. I will look out for the back-story.Severa

Wow. I saw your little rant at the end of the story and felt really bad that you had to do that. Duh. This is very ooc, and for one, I'm glad you wrote it, no matter how difficult it was for you. I like seeing the dark side of things, not always fluff and 'sweet' Snape, so I am looking foward to reading the other parts! So, I know there is a back story, but if I didn't know that, here is my reaction.

This was really, really harsh and I can't believe I read it.  Your writing is good, but I hate to imagine the experience that inspired this work of "fiction".This is fanfiction, but I think both Severus and Hermione are way OOC.  I hope writing this actually helps you.

 actually, i really liked this.  the only problem i see would be hermiones treatment of the house elf, however, in such a situation her reaction would more than likely be fairly similar i think. hmmm? : ) i really like the way you portray snape. he makes me wonder if that is really how he would be in his personal life or not, as far as the abuse goes. we really dont get much in the way of cannon except the one scene in HBP with narcissa and bellatrix. and there we see 2 sides.  my "harmonies" to the real life snippets. many to you.
