Love it! Very clever of Hermione to check him out by using another identity, and then to ask him questions to see if she got the same answers. It also showed Severus that this was not a sudden thing -- that she had been thinking of him for all this time. Glad they're going to Muggle London for lunch; more privacy. Yay for Narcissa and Lucius arranging this! Thank you for writing.

I like that Herms asked Narcissa to set the date up, but it seems rather a lot of deception to beginning a relationship with Sev on. So glad he took it well.

It may seem like a lot, but we all know Hermione is nothing but a perfectionist and would therefor want to make sure that she truly knew him, before confessing her love to him. Thank you for reading!
This is charming! I love the thought of Lucius and Narcissa as matchmakers, even if Narcissa was coerced into it by Hermione. I think it might take a bit for Severus to get used to be loved. Wish I could be a fly on the wall as they choose the Malfoys' gifts, especially the one for Lucius!
