Welcome to my world of (largely) erotic exploration of the human condition. (Well, that's one way of putting it anyway ...)
My writing is largely rated NC-17 and, as you will see, contains a lot of explicit detail. But I cannot write without developing believable characters, largely in canon (at least as a starting point), whose behaviour is established through dialogue and tangible situations. I adore these characters and tend to write from the inside out, getting inside their heads and simply letting them talk (and act ...). Yes, there is a lot of sex, but I hope my characters' sexuality enables them, and us, to discover deeper aspects of their personalities.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO FRIEND ME ON LJ WHERE MY USERNAME IS LAURIELOVER1912. YOU CAN ALSO FIND ME ON FACEBOOK (LAURIELOVE).
My favourite pairings are Hermione/Lucius and Hermione/Severus, but I have written for various other couples and situations.
I have recently started writing original works which have, fortunately, been picked up by publishers. If you are interested in my original work, my penname is Demelza Hart.
I love establishing a dialogue with my readers. Please feel free to contact me with comments, suggestions, criticism, anything. I look forward to hearing from you!
In the meantime ... enjoy!

Stockholm syndrome, eh, Lucius? Nicely done! I really like this one. Hermione got her revenge and maybe something else too.
Reading this while listening to the song is very touching... I LIKE!!! ;D
I am in love with your stories, I admit they are a delight to wallow in, every one; but this really resonates, I think it's brilliant. I am old enough to have grown up with Leonard Cohen and his music, too, has always resonated, this song in particular. You've created a beautifully crafted story and, while the erotica is delightful, it's the emotional depth and power, the thread of redemption and deliverance that makes this especially magnificent. Thank you x

I cannot tell you how extraordinarily timely your review is. I hadn't thought about this story for ages, not since I wrote it, and, for various reasons, I read it again today and ... OK, blowing my own trumpet here ... I really got a lot from it. I impressed myself (am I allowed to say that??). I only do as I hadn't read it for so long so I could do so with fresh eyes. This one has reminded me what I should be striving for in all my writing (and I'm trying to do some original stuff now). I am so glad to have had my feelings vindicated by your lovely words today of all days. Sorry to sound so up myself - I hate that, but I just find it remarkable that this review arrived today. I haven't had a review for this particular story for a while. I am proud of this story for the reasons you say. It just clicked. Thank you very much and sorry to ramble!

You're not rambling at all and I'm delighted to get such a speedy, open, friendly and wonderful response to my review. I've been reading nothing but your stories all afternoon, balm for a weary pre-Christmas soul and I've loved every one. This, like your others, is elegant and beautifully written and I just adore the emotional awareness. I've just finished `Touch' and the one where Hermione and Lucius come across each other in the Forest during the battle (sorry, forgot the title!); superb, both of them, just awesome. I love the way you catch strength and fragility, power and acceptance, fear and need etc. It's very clever that you can weave pure erotica in with emotional delicacy and craft an elegant, refined but powerful story, lovely stuff, thanks xx
Wow! That was amazing! Thank you for sharing!
