I am a Harry Potter fanfic fanatic, I only discovered it after the release of DH. Disapointed that the series was ending, I read some blurb about fan fiction (which I had never heard of before) clicked a link and 'voila' I was hooked. I started out reading mostly Dramione, but evolved and although I still like DM/HG, my OTP is SS/HG. I also enjoy reading LM/HG and 3-somes with SS/HG/LM or DM/HG/BZ. As you can see I love seeing Hermione paired with those lovely Slytherin men.
After reading for nearly 2 years, I started writing a bit of my own, mostly shorter drabbles or ficlets. I've written seveal stories for fests, such as the SS/HG exchange, the LM/HG exchange, and the LuciusBigBang, fest among others.

very intriguing idea. now this is a dh-compliant story i can get behind. of course, a terrorist attack would send hermione into workaholic overdrive. and which 2 slytherins would be her partners-in-crime??? *drumroll* thank MERLIN its not GGG. How Boring. *eyeroll*

Of course! And I did want to portray the close relationship between Harry and Hermione as truly close like brother and sister. He knows that she has suffered through a lot of tragedy in her life and whatever it takes for her to be happy he is fine with it.

I like to think that Lucius, in spite of his choices earlier, would remain a loyal friend to Severus, especially so after all SS did for Draco with the unbreakable vow and all that.
Little Anne is just too much! I can just see her, ordering Lucius and Severus to "drop trou!" 
We know there's a physical attraction on Sev's part, not only from having seen Hermione in his tub but also his waking up next to her in this chapter--that part of the triad shouldn't be a problem at all. But what does Lucius have up his sleeve? And will it involve drizzled honey? Hope the next chapter is up soon!

I love Little Anne! Who else can command such attention from Lucius and Severus in ordering them, “You two, get in here now and strip down to your shorts.” Well, hopefully when all is said and done, they will allow Hermione to order them in that fashion as well. I really want to know what the plan is. I hope it is good and am secretly enjoying the fact that Severus and Hermione may not like the idea. That indicates to me that it is just what they need ;)

Keeps getting more and more interesting. I really enjoy the fact that Lucius is the one that's bringing the other two together. It's a very unique twist on this particular trio, as Severus is usually the glue and the other two are only together out of convenience.

AHHHHHH!!! I am a little late getting on board with this one as I just started it tonight. I think perhaps I should have waited a bit longer as this was a dreadful place to leave off. Shame on you! :)I am very much enjoying this, and one of the things that I like the best is the dyanmic of the characters. and situations. Kingsley and Lucius are never friends, nor do he and Harry Potter team up unless Draco is in the mix. Ron is rarely given the proper respect he deserves and is always this lying, cheating, drunken, womanizer, drug using, deadbeat gambling addict. Or something worse, LOL. Severus, Lucius, and Hermione frequently hook up, but it is usually Lucius and Severus as a pair and they add Hermione. Or Hermione and Severus and they add Lucius. You never see Lucius and Hermione together first, and even more shocking that they aren't just going to sleep together, but actually have formed a budding relationship. You've really mixed things up. I like it and it works.I really like Little Anne with her quirkiness, but also deep insight into people and things. I like that she and Art are magic in their own way and Severus was able to be somewhat open about what he is with them.The Burrow Massacre is horrid, but I like it in a creative aspect.Finally, clearly Severus was much too harsh with his words towards Hermione, but I felt bad for the guy with the shock of finding a naked woman in his tub, then finding it is someone from his past. He should have kept his big mouth shut, but you can't entirely fault him for flying off the handle a bit. She did invade his home with no explanation and then she attacked him verbally and physically while he was still trying to figure out what the hell was going on. Hopefully eventually that extreme emotion in both of them can be channelled towards passion. I can't imagine how he is going to take the news.Well, I've carried on long enough. You get the idea... I am really enjoying this and can't wait for an update!

,Thanks for the insightful comments. I'm glad that you like the way things worked out here and the way I have twisted the characters and relationships around. I have been guilty of making Ron the brunt of some of the typical Ron things you've described, but I could afford to be nice since he is dead, poor guy. Plus it was important to the story for Hermione and Lucius to both have these tragic lost loves in their pasts. I fell in love with Little Anne's character, she just grew as the story evolves. I really didn't plan it. My characters do that sometimes, just come in with a mind of their own. For a minor character she became very interesting. The Burrow Massecre was awful, I almost hated myself for making it up. :(And you are so right about Severus here, you have nailed it on the head! His reasons for his reactions will be revealed eventually and if not exactly justified at least explained. :)So glad you are enjoying, and more to come soon. The story is complete, just to reassure you. :)Thanks again.
you can't just leave it like that. grrrr....that's my spirit animal, rabid badger, making his frustrations at the end of this chapter known. p.s. love that severus is the hesitant party in this story.

Wow, that was a totally breathless chapter. Severus still being Severus and poor Hermione. Thank you for the the background info on how the Weasley's died. How sad. I look forward to the next update.

Thanks so much for the comments. And yes, the Burrow Massecre was extremely awful. I was a still little worried people wouldn't like Harry and Lucius, and even Kingsley as well, taking the law into their own hands. But neither Harry nor Lucius wanted to take any chances that any of the Lestranges would ever harm their families again.
