I'm a forty-something American woman who is addicted to the SSHG pairing, relatively new to this fandom. I'm also considering starting some original fiction soon...

Thank you for finally giving me some good memories to go with that stupid, effed up, impossible toy!it occurred to Hermione that her Rubik's cube was hardly the most pleasurable puzzle she might never solve. What a great line!

And that is only one of the many reasons why these two are so perfect for each other! I feel Hermione's pain with that Cube, though--I had one of those, and even though I was "supposedly" brighter than average I never could get more than one side at a time to line up correctly. Great story (with some great smut)!

LOL, that's what I thought -- how could a woman like Hermione possibly resist a man who could solve a puzzle that she couldn't?! I had one, too, and I eventually learned from one of those solution books because I couldn't stand not being able to do it! Glad you enjoyed the story (and the smut)! :)Thanks for reviewing!

No the shower wasn't too cold but I needed something to cool myself off it was either that or a bucket of ice water.
