Reviews for Severus' Snake Quits the Castle
This is crackaliciously perfect. Keppiehed, you do humor as well as you do angst. Love that Harry was the level-headed one for once. Really clever!
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
Aw, thanks so much! I never much thought of myself as having a great sense of humor, so this particularly pleased me! I really appreciate that you took the time to read and send your review. That made my day! :)

ROFLMAO!!
Yep, decidedly Cracked!
Author's Response: GLad you found this one funny! I had a great time writing it. Thanks for reading!
I don't know which is funnier, Severus' swagger or Albus' pride. What I would give to be there when the penny finally drops.Do you think Severus would invite Albus to the premiere? Do pornos have premieres?
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
OMG, if this could have had a longer word count, we could have found out! That would have been funny to write! Thanks for reading, and I hope it was entertaining!
*gasp* OMG total faboo. smoochies
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
*smoochies back*So glad you loved it! Thanks so much for reading, and for your so cute comment!
i can barely type i am laughing so hard.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
Your icons made ME laugh! Thanks for letting me know how much you enjoyed it! You brought a smile to my face!
I really like the appropriate placement of the apostrophe in the title. Well done.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
Well, thank you! I am quite strict for punctuation rules. I hope that there was more good to like about it than that? If you are just now coming to my work, this isn't perhaps the best one to start with, *laughs* I should direct you to some more normal fare! I promise you I have some stuff out there that isn't totally crazy!Anyway, thanks for reading, and high-fives to a fellow lover of grammar/punctuation!
Response from mikimoto (Reviewer)
I definitely liked more than simply your punctuation choices, but your other reviewers already pointed out so much that I saw no point in repeating them. I don't tend to jump on bandwagons (too crowded).I found your title intriguing because the first time I read it, I saw a "k" for a "p" in Snape's name and thought that was it. But then I considered the reference to "Elvis has left the building" and the corresponding meaning of "it's all over so you might as well go home now" and thought that was it.But when I noticed the apostrophe and realized exactly what had left the building and why it was all over, that is when I laughed and applauded the creativity you showed in your title. Hence my comment.I have read several of your stories, this is not the first. But, if this had been my first, my opinion of you as a writer would be that you know how to squeeze a lot of meaning out of a sparse economy of words, that you paint your characters very cleanly. that you play a joke to its end rather than muddying the water with a lot of ancillary sub-jokes, and that you use dialogue to good effect to propel your plot. You may not consider this particular offering as high literature, but it bears the earmarks of good writing nonetheless. Good job and thanks for sharing.

AWWW! Now I feel like I was fishing for all those lovely compliments! I am going to walk around with a swelled head all day, and quite enjoy it! I can't thank you enough for such a lovely ego-boost. It couldn't come at a better time, actually, and that sort of feedback is so much more comprehensive than "loved it, update soon." I have a hard time taking a compliment, but yours are phrased in such a way that all I can do is just glow on the inside and say "why, thank you very much."*is glowing*
Response from mikimoto (Reviewer)
Glow away. Not many people are as gifted as you (perhaps this is not obvious to you because you "hang around" so many other authors) and when you spend your effort in an attempt to simply entertain others, the enjoyment we get should be reflected back to you.I write all the time -- in a corporate sense, to inform or pursuade, but never to entertain -- and I could never do what you do. My applause is sincere.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
I think I may just have to put you in my pocket and run away with you! *pockets you ... in a non-creepy way*Writing in any sense is a skill that takes practice, as you know. If you can use your words for effect in the real world, then you definitely have my admiration in return. I never thought I was much of a creative writer, so you might be surprised by what you can do if you give it a whirl. If you ever wanted to, you might do better than you think you could. Your skills are already in place, which is more than I can say for most people. Honestly, you're halfway there if you know your possessive comma rules!
That's not really fair. He may have a hard attack when he discovers what Snarry really means...
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
LOL! Poor Snape! I know, aren't you glad you don't have to be the one to tell him? *giggles*Thanks for reading it, my dear!
Sweet Merciful Merlin! This must be a crack fic. Severus is not nearly creepy enough to be a porn star!Congrats on your win! It might not have happened for you if you'd had Albus stroking more than his beard. Good choice on your part!“Shush, Harry. Let him shine.” Tears of pride shone in Dumbledore's eyes. This whole thing had me laughing, but I loved this line most.I wonder if his video will end up in Arthur Weasley's collection of all things muggle? And you made Harry such a thoughtful young lad, bless your heart. He is doing his best to warn Severus. But he'll figure it out after he makes a video for me to rent hopefully before it is too late!
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
I think I am falling apart at the seams! They have my head spinning over there, the hoops they are making up jump through! Anyway, I was glad to be able to write an acceptably funny story, which is quite harder than you might think in 300 words or less. Had I had unlimited words, I am sure it would have been much funnier--and much dirtier. So you can thank the mods for restraining me. Only the rules kept it clean. And saved Harry. He got interrupted simply because of WC! LOL!Yes, this one was decent, but just look out for future rounds. I hope to be back to fine form shortly!
Response from HBAR (Reviewer)
Stupid word counts. But that makes sense because Harry is pretty persisant, and when Severus refused to listen to what he had to say, he surely would have tackled him on the way out of the office and had his wicked way with him, just to show him what was in store so there were no surprises once he hit Hollywood. Yes, see Harry is a nice thoughtful guy.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
*chuckles* You can keep your fantasies, dear. I just want to point out that you are now actually advocating for something slashy to happen. And, this is quite a turnaround, wouldn't you say?*laughs wickedly from the darkside, drawing you ever nearer*If you are clamoring for Snarry slash this quickly, you are going to want Harry in his panties in a few scant weeks, by my calculations. Easy.
ROFL. Poor Sev needs a little education. Would love to see the scene when he has 'slash' and 'Snarry' explained to him! :)
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
*grins* I rather think our poor Snape might be a little upset? Athough, to be fair, Harry tried to tell him ... Hahaha, thanks for reading, like always!
This was a real fun read. Snape as a porn star just cracked me up. Don't let him disappear to the movie scene for too long. We need him for more Snarry, slashing, whatevers.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
This was such fun to write! I'm glad you enjoyed it as well! Sometimes it is just good to have a little fun with 'em, isn't it? Thanks for giving it a read!
Aren't you just the naughty minx !!! Let me entertain you INDEED !! Poor Sev - he'll either high tail it home in a hurry or perhaps discover previously unknown tendencies... hmmn?
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Severus' Snake Quits the Castle)
I was quaking in my boots over having to write a crack!fic for the competition. Turns out it was more fun than I had anticipated, LOL! Glad you liked it! I couldn't decide whether Sev would run or stay, either, but the idea was too delicious to pass up! Thanks for reading!
