Welcome to my world of (largely) erotic exploration of the human condition. (Well, that's one way of putting it anyway ...)
My writing is largely rated NC-17 and, as you will see, contains a lot of explicit detail. But I cannot write without developing believable characters, largely in canon (at least as a starting point), whose behaviour is established through dialogue and tangible situations. I adore these characters and tend to write from the inside out, getting inside their heads and simply letting them talk (and act ...). Yes, there is a lot of sex, but I hope my characters' sexuality enables them, and us, to discover deeper aspects of their personalities.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO FRIEND ME ON LJ WHERE MY USERNAME IS LAURIELOVER1912. YOU CAN ALSO FIND ME ON FACEBOOK (LAURIELOVE).
My favourite pairings are Hermione/Lucius and Hermione/Severus, but I have written for various other couples and situations.
I have recently started writing original works which have, fortunately, been picked up by publishers. If you are interested in my original work, my penname is Demelza Hart.
I love establishing a dialogue with my readers. Please feel free to contact me with comments, suggestions, criticism, anything. I look forward to hearing from you!
In the meantime ... enjoy!

Oh yes, I do so adore Lucius ... oh yes indeed. x
that was an amazing sequel to Abraxas' story. Just when I tought it couldn't get any better!!Absolutely loved it. Can't wait to read the next one!!
Response from laurielove (Author of To Relieve Boredom, Part Two: Luceat Eis)
Glad you liked it! There are two more to come, one which follows on in terms of ... family ... and one which side-steps and reconnects with the past. Hope you enjoy them both. x
After all, there is another Malfoy is there not? (Have no fear; I will not compromise the relationship Hermione has developed with Lucius.)I'm holding on to that promise! Hermione and Lucius seem destined to be together (after he divorces Cissa, of course), and Hermione deserves more than just a lifetime of one-offs and short-terms. Will she ever know how he flinched at the comparison to his father? Thanks for posting!

Thank you for your kind words! There are actually two more stories in this series, one involving the next Malfoy (now who could that be!?) and one which is a sort of 'side-step' and involves Hermione 'reconnecting' shall we say with Abraxas, although not in the way some might think! xxx

Draco or Scorpius? Ooh, and maybe portrait-Abraxas -- now that would be interesting! Of course, Lucius could never have a portrait of Hermione because then portrait-Abraxas and portrait-Lucius would chip paint off each other. You're writing a very unique series!
Response from laurielove (Author of To Relieve Boredom, Part Two: Luceat Eis)
It's Draco. I can't quite form Scorpius into an adult in my head, so that's a no go. And - yup! You've hit the nail on the head with the portrait thing. Mwa ha ha. I'm very pleased with that particular part of the series - it is rather naughty but still intriguing, I hope.I've submitted the portrait one and will submit the Draco one today hopefully, although I am having some problems uploading things properly and have emailed the admin. Still, have to go through the queue, so anything is likely to take up to a week. x Pathetic, but I love these emoticons!!! x
okay I am fanning myself now. I thought the first one was steamy but this is just as lemony good.

Glad to be of service! Thank you for your kind words. At length, the next instalment should appear. x
This is one of the sexiest, most delicious stories I've ever read. The follow-up aspect, with Lucius first as a boy and then as a man, with all the issues of sleeping with her after his father had "reviewed" his experience with her to him ... so entirely complex and at the same time so entirely erotic. I love how he's so quickly open to her by virtue of their connection when she met him as a child. It has to be more than sex, right there. Great idea, so well done. And the sex is just ... *breathe* outrageous *breathe* ...Love it.

Thank you for summing up all I intended with this story and series in your lovely, concise words.x
Interesting the paradox of his name.)
Response from laurielove (Author of To Relieve Boredom, Part Two: Luceat Eis)
It is. Obviously, JKR focused on the Lucifer aspect, but I tend not to, to say the least ...! x
Your stories are always amazing and this is no exception. Perect,as always.

Thank you! I can't tell you how much I appreciate you reviewing over here. xxx
On to Draco?
Response from laurielove (Author of To Relieve Boredom, Part Two: Luceat Eis)
Most definitely on to Draco. x
“And you were interested in me. No one was ever interested in me. I wanted something, but I did not understand what. Whatever it was, it was not yet formed. But then my father returned. And you were interested in him more, for a different reason; a reason I did not fully understand. The attraction between you two was very clear. I was jealous of him. I was jealous of his adulthood.” I didn't fully note this particular sentence when I read this story first. But now I don't know how I couldn't! How extraordinary, and how sad... Breathtaking! It's great that you dare to describe Hermione as a self assured, young woman who takes care of her needs disregarding conservative conventions. It's a shame that women are looked down at for having many partners while men doing the same are not. Rather the contrary. I despise this "whore" or "saint" mentality. It's so bigot.Great, great job! As always. Thanks a lot for sharing...

Thank you for your lovely, insightful words. Yeah - I liked those lines. Glad they were noted! I think carefully about every line of dialogue - I appreciate it when it is pointed out. xxx
another great chapter
Response from laurielove (Author of To Relieve Boredom, Part Two: Luceat Eis)
Thank you! x
Well, now I know Lucius is as good as his father. Possibly even better. I wonder if Lucius is going to divorce just so he can entertain himself with Hermione full time. I guess Draco would not take that well.
Response from laurielove (Author of To Relieve Boredom, Part Two: Luceat Eis)
Hermione never entered into any of this with the intention of breaking up a family, even though Narcissa and Lucius certainly seem to have issues in their marriage. We shall see ... the installment with Abraxas' portrait perhaps give an insight into how it might go with Draco. It should be posted imminently ... x
