Hermione finds an old piece of parchment. Do forgive me, dear readers - I have a toddler and a lot of alphabet books at home. This was beta-read by JunoMagic, to whom go my thanks!

This is adorably ridiculous, and I loved it! :D
Love it, I don't think I will be using it to teach my grandson his alphabet.
Haha, cute. We haven't quite gotten to the alphabet books yet here at my house, but I'm sure I'll giggle and remember this when the time comes. Severus already loves his toddler books, so I'm sure he will love the alphabet variety, too.

Thank you! Oh, I am sure you will have no end of alphabet books - and very soon.
This is a riot! Who would have thought Severus a poet *giggle*

My second is currently a toddler as well, and I have read more of this type rhyming alphabet nonsense than I care to remember. His is actually quite good, or it gave me a good laugh anyway.Incidentally, I was hoping that z was for zipper... but then with a K rating, they wouldn't get far, would they? But if things did go that direction, they might end up with a toddler of their own, and then his poetry could be put to good use :)

*gigglesnort* Perhaps Severus and Hermione will write the smutty version together ... Thank you!
I loved this look into Severus' past endeavors. I can just see our him putting quill to parchment to ease his evening headache with a bit of rhyme. I wonder if he found Hermione attractive even then. Bet he did!Beth

“It's all right, Severus. I can't think of anything much beginning with Z either ...” LOL, very cute and very true with Z. However my daughter got a book for her birthday with Z is for Zorillas (nobody in the family has a clue what they are!), but then again the whole book has some interesting animals matching the letters... ;)Well done!
Response from richardgloucester (Author of The Alphabet According To Severus Snape)
Zorillas sound like something out of Dr Seuss! Thanks for reading and commenting!
