Thank you for this lovely little story. The ending is perfectly allright here for the tone and pace of the story. They will have tea and conversation and if Severus finds on of Ron's socks behind a cushion he will discreetly, wandlesslly and wordlessly vanish it.
A very powerful opening scene, and I really feel for poor Hermione and her predicament. I am glad she finally opted out of it.
A PWP would have been great, but what we got was even better, thank you very much.
