lmao. I am totally loving this! Hermione's dilemma was so well described I could almost feel it. Great stuff!

The architectural part of my heart is singing symphonies. Brilliant chapter.

Omg, this chapter should have a million reviews instead of the few! Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!

how funny, i was set up for the usual cliche of how impressed Snape would be with Miss Grangers intensity and talent to help him, that i didnt see the disaster coming! *chuckle chuckle*
can't wait to read further...

Oops!  I was afraid that something awful was going to happen as soon as you emphasised how beautiful the rooms were.  Fascinating start.

Jinxie

A great first chapter, full of revelations; both good and bad.  Can't wait to read more!

Ron and Harry will never get a clue but it seems like Severus has got more than one.  Great first chapter.

Homunculus

Wow, Ron and Harry were really despicable! So glad that Snape stood up to them on Hermione's behalf. I loved this first chapter - what a sweet idea to have her listen to the whole scene and witness how Snape defends her! Still, he is very much in character, sarcastic and superior - that's awesome!
I wish the next chapter was up already!

Soul Bound

I loved reading this.  It satisifed me with the sweetest angst and hurt while promising so much between Severus and Hermione.  I can't wait to see Ron and Harry's regret and subsequent groveling!

That was exceptional. I love reading of Snape the defender.

Well, that was a revelation.  Talk about a complete turn around!  :)

Damn you, woman!  I swore that I was absolutely not going to start another WIP since I am currently in the middle of way too many.  And then you come along and break my resolve.  What awful things the boys were saying about their "friend".  But with drinks on board, you never know what will happen.  How nice of Severus to come to her defense.  I hope this is the beginning of a great relationship.  Eagerly awaiting more!

So is the castle trying to get them together?

debjunk

Now, he must not find her exceedingly objectionable, or he'd have never offered to accompany her on her tree hunt.

10/10

debjunk

LOL. Who wouldn't think about that constantly?

Oh, too bad it didn't work. Sounded fascinating. Oh well, now the poor girl is stuck with an angry Snape.

Wow, loved Severus' defense of Hermione. Sorry to see her 'friends' being such jerks, though. They really haven't grown up at all, and it seems that maybe Harry has regressed in age.

It will be interesting to see what the cause of the ceiling collaps actually was--or will anyone ever know?  My vote's on the sentient castle deciding to take matters into its own hands regarding those two!  Force Severus to leave his quarters, Hermione's quarters are the only ones with the most room to expand...yeah.

A date with Auror Devon in the Hogwarts kitchens!  Doesn't sound amazingly romantic, but I suppose you never know.  Hopefully the house elves don't still hold a grudge against Hermione for SPEW, otherwise it could be a tense meal!

sevibaby

this was another good chapter.

10/10

Jinxie

Since Filius and Hermione have determined the ceiling collapse wasn't caused (directly) by the new spell, was it possibly sabotaged?

Poor Hermione being tormented by her thoughts of a naked Snape in her shower, all while being chased after by another man...  How long before jealousy rears it's head?

Oooh the possibilities, can't wait to read more!

sunny33

Yeah.  Snape in the shower, naked. :)

10/10

HBAR

Well, Devon sounds like a charming young man and will definitely serve his purpose.  He will either be so wonderful that Hermione will fall head over heels and forget all about Snape or, a little jealousy will come into play and force Snape's hand if he is interested.  Either way, Hermione wins.  What a lucky gal!  I do hope that shower is big enough for two ;)

I hope that you continue this story.  I even went to Ashwinder to check out the other chapter you posted beyond this.  I'm very interested in what happens next!
