Reviews for No Good Deed
I'm really enjoying this story sor far, I hope you continue it :)
Loved it! Can't wait to read what happens next!
I'm enjoying your tale and where it appears to be headed. You have a real knack for describing a very intriguing Snape, especially from Hermione's perspective.
Snape is going to go with her to get a Christmas tree? Int the Forbidden Forest? Now that was unexpected!
The way Severus was able to address his remarks to precisely what she was thinking makes me think that he is a lot more interested in her than she had thought.
I am really enjoying this story!!!

Oh, yeah! Remembering thinking about "Snape in her shower, naked." Now that sounds like a lovely way to pass the time.
Devon sounds like a very nice guy, and I'm hoping that the attention he is paying to Hermione will translate into action on the Potions master's part. Nothing like a bit of competition to get the blood running!

A fabulous chapter. I love this story.
LOL description of his rooms was very nice
I really enjoyed that first chapter look forward to more
Hermione and her musing. Another good chapter.
Ahhh, he can be nice, in his own way. It would really be too bad if they got lost in the forest together. And, they have to find some physical activity that will keep them warm. Or, you could just continue with the undoubtedly better storyline you already have going... what ever you think ;)
Lovely, vivid writing. Muchly enjoyed!
Interesting that they're observing each other while trying to go unnoticed by the other. Can't wait to see how their foray in to the Forest goes...
You can feel the air thick with tension between them. :)
Oh ho! I wonder if they will ever know what caused the incantation to destroy his room rather than make it brighter. Now I begin to understand the title of the story.
I really enjoyed Trelawney's "advice" after the ceiling fell through: “Run!” Trelawney shouted. For perhaps the first and only time in the duration of her tenure at Hogwarts, everyone trusted her judgment... I laughed out loud!
Thanks for a fun chapter.

Wow! This is a fabulous first chapter. Ron and Harry were unbelievably stupid and cruel in their remarks about their "friend." I don't know if Severus knew that Hermione was within hearing of his scathing dismissal of their horrid remarks, but I was glad that she heard his defense of her.
Great premise and great writing.

Aww, this is so cute! I love it!
Wow - what a way to get a room-mate :)
Poor Hermione, all she wanted to was repay Severus and it back fired. Both of them in close quarters. Should be interesting. Can't wait for the next update.
A disgruntled Snape as a room-mate. Uh oh! :)
Well I knew they would be roommate because you said as much. I didn't expect it to happen quite like that *giggles* Really looking forward to whatever you have in store for these two. A lot can happen in twelve days!

*snicker*
oops
:P
Oh dear! Not a good start to becoming roommates is it? That just leaves the door open for all sorts of possibilities with the two of them living together and adjusting to living together! Love their reactions to the news!
Oh dear--it's awful, but I can't help but laugh! Especially when the students were peering down at them from several floors above, adding their constructive comments...I'm amazed that Severus didn't spontaneously combust at that point. Wizards probably can do that...
So next chapter is probably when we'll see the beginnings of Professor Snape as the "insufferable roommate". I can't wait! I'm also looking forward to the naked Snape which was promised at the beginning of the first chapter, but I can wait for that. For a while. Maybe a week?
Excellent! A new story from you so soon after the end of the last one! I envy people who have so many good ideas for writing (as well as enjoy reading the fruits of their labor)...
So much to think about just in this first chapter--Hermione's apparently long-standing attraction to Professor Snape, Ron's and Harry's drunken revelations regarding her appearance, and the good Professor's defense on her behalf. You can't help but wonder, though... did our ex-spy Sev know all along that Hermione was behind that decorative screen? Perhaps he wanted her to hear what he had to say about her, without him having to actually say it to her. He's sneaky that way, you know?
However, from the title of the story I imagine that his good deed will backfire in some way and I'm looking forward to reading about what chaos may ensue! Ah, the road to love is never easy...
This is so funny! what a way for Severus to end up as Hermione's roommate.
The previous chapter broke my heart when Ron and Harry were making jokes about her appearence. I know what it's like. I was in my late twenties before I learned which colors I looked good in. My mom tended toward neutrals and I spent my youth and young adulthood dressed in subdued browns and tans when I should have been in bright blues and greens. No wonder I couldn't get a date!
