Reviews for For the Love of a Good Woman
Trust Lucius to go along with such a harebrained scheme lol! Love the name of Lu's date (Sophia Hagia heh heh) and this line made me cackle: “Hermione will rush to my side, and Robert’s your father’s brother.” Nice one :)
“It’s actually not much different,” he said stiffly.
For once Severus found exactly the right thing to say.
I thought shed be mad because he's essentially trapped her to him, coercing her the way he's had to do other's bidding his whole life, but I guess she lives him enough that want the concern. LOL. Great little fic.
Cute bit of fluff! As Lucius thought, not completely thought out, but looks like it worked out anyway...

oh, mr. malfoy. your image was forever destroyed when i saw jason isaacs stalk about in a barbie-esque wig. no one will ever give heed to your misgivings again.
lol... I think I may have read this on another site, but it's definately worth the re-read. Lovely stuff!

it is highly possible. i've been posting on ashwinder for a while, and am only now moving to tpp and owl. glad to hear that it wasn't stale the second time through. :)
That was delightful. I'm not sure canon Snape would go to such extremes, but it made for a great one-shot, none-the-less.

yeah. in a way, snape's the hardest character to keep in canon, as he's one of the better developed. and then sometimes you just want the romance to WORK, DAMMIT, which is not generally helped along by his presence. when it comes right down to it... i hardly think canon snape and hermione could evereverever end up interested in each other. but i blather! thank you for your review! i am pleased to delight.
Males are so dumb sometimes. So what happened?
Response from theslacker (Author of For the Love of a Good Woman)
well, to make a long story short, granger changed to snape, and there was lots of sex and babies.
Ah, the stupid things guys do to get the girl. I think that on the stupid scale this rates a hundred. lol So did she say yes?
Response from theslacker (Author of For the Love of a Good Woman)
yes... it wasn't terribly clever of him. not, perhaps, his finest moment. until, i suppose, hermione said yes. patience is rewarded.
Maybe if he just told her how much he loved her, she would have agreed to marry him sooner. MEN
Response from theslacker (Author of For the Love of a Good Woman)
please. that would have been too easy. and, actually, in the backstory i cooked up, he HAD told her, but, well... it was complicated.
Oh, I really like this one. It's cute that Hermione has denied Severus several times already. And Lucius' behavior is perfect. Well done. =)

thank you! i love seeing snape is a difficult position, so much so that i planned out each rejection before i even finished this story. and malfoy? he is WAY more fun to write than i realised.
