Twentysomething lover of Harry Potter fic. I have served as a beta (btw, i am P.I. accredited) for many authors, and welcome the opportunity to do more. I also serve as co-moderator of the LJ community ptterpr0nprmpts along with the fantabulous tonksinger.
I've been around the fandom for a long time... probably since 2003. I've spent most of it lurking, but published some stories under an old pseudonym. Upon entering the fandom, I immediately became a fan of the Snape/Granger pairing. I prefer Hermione to be a bit older, but have been known to deviate from that preference. Other ships that I prefer include Draco/Ginny, Draco/Harry, Snape/Lupin, and Snape/McGonagall. I am open to most ships and recommendations, as ultimately it is this universe that I love.

Really loved this snapshot of yet another choice and action he has to make/do 'for the Greater Good'; also, it captures a really interesting point - that the sword of Gryffindor allows Snape to use it (only a true Gryffindor can wield it, and the memory when Dumbledore says that perhaps they/Sorting Hat sort too quickly: Severus' unprecedented bravery & courage noted). Jugson... well, Jugson shouldn't have disarmed Sev behind his back;), never a good thing to do to someone. Love Sev's snarky thoughts about where and why to put the sword in the lake!

Wow, after reading all your funny drabbles, this was a deep hit.A good one, but still painful.Your choice of victim is very good, btw. There aren't too many that never again get mentioned. And I very much appreciate that you did not simply make up a name.For a quick drabble it's outstanding, showing not only the everlasting sadness of his path but also the constant mortal danger we often tend to forget.Yet another thankless sacrifice.Oh, boy, if he knew what was yet to come...

thanks. contrary to popular belief, i can write serious stuff sometimes. i really liked this prompt and i'm, at least in your opinion, that i handled it well.thanks for all the lovely reviews. they were nice to wake up to! :)
at the right time at the right place. he definitely does not give a damn about Potter being alife or dead. but he does know his duties. And his duties ar no fun. one must feel sorry for him. All that is left for him is the dirty work.stains on his soul again and again it seems.

i'm sorry if you felt that i didn't think snape cared if potter was alive or dead--not liking someone and not caring whether they live or die are completely different things, especially to me.thank you for the review :)

The more I read this kind of behind the scene stories, the more I realised how difficut his position was. How lonely he must have been with no one to tell what burdened his soul. I wish so much he had a friend (a real one not a pIainted one)
