I'm a fifty-year-old working mom and wife. I discovered HP fanfiction late in 2007 and fell in love. My favorite pairing is SS/HG, but I also enjoy stories featuring the triumvirate of Slytherin bad boys: Severus, Lucius and Draco!
Check it out! I have shiny banners!

Very cute. Too funny her blowing her nose on the pants. Thanks for sharing!

. This was my first one-shot (I think it might show), but the humor still shines through. Thanks for reading and reviewing... oh, and the pretty stars.
Well, at least she sees the potential in seeing her baby go bye bye for a bit.

As I say, "While the cat's away..." It always helps to find the silver lining in the clouds. Thanks for reading and reviewing!
This is the true story of every mother who has had to prepare for her child's first adventure to camp or a sleep-over. I know just how Hermione feels!Beth

Thank you. The anxiety keeps on coming while the child is away.
This is so sweet. I love him trying to console her.

It's the least he can do to salvage 'patrol night.'
this was cute. I felt the same way when my youngest did her second sleep over. The first one I was in the hospital. I had never had a night away from her and I worried the whole time. She had a blast mom was a nervous wreck.

Thanks for reading and reviewing. I think moms tend to over-think these things. You know, expect the worst... But kids are resilient, aren't they? LOL
Very cute loved all the mystery good work.

Thank you, GKL. I like to balance my humor and drama with a little mystery. Thanks again for reading and reviewing.
That's canon compliant! Why do you mark it EWE?Did I get something wrong?(Don't tell me, Snape died in the books. That didn't happen. He was lying motionless on the floor. Taking a nap or something. NOT. DEAD. Never read a word about that.)Plus: “I still don’t understand why undergarments would upset you so”. Epic sentence. I know it was something one could say in that context but I still laughed so hard.

*waves* Hi, Isalie. Sorry it took so long for me to respond to your review.Writing this story was supposed to be cathartic, and it was, but many times I found myself giggling, especially about the underwear. Sometimes I wonder if my mind has taken permanent residence in the gutter.
Had I read this before meeting you I would have known how much I would like you from this line: blew her nose with a pair of tiny, Victor Krum y-fronts Hilarious!

What a lovely compliment, my dear. More than anything else I have written, this story best represents my sense of humor because the subject matter was close to my heart. You don't hold any grudges against Victor, do you?
