Lovely. I recently developed a thing for the Weasley twins and just found out that I cannot post an explicit incestual story on this site. Given the lack of reviews for your story, I assume that's a good idea - incest is indeed a delicate subject to write about. I never thought about Charlie and Bill, but it makes sense - somehow, the Weasley boys call for intimacy where there shouldn't be any.
