Given his recent experience with Muggle simulation technology, Severus thinks he actually knows how to play a Muggle game.

I am a 37 year old wife and mother and began reading fanfiction in the middle of last year. Soon it revived my desire to write, which had lain dormant for a number of years, and I couldn't be happier. I do hope you enjoy my stories as I empty my head of them.
Thanks to MMADfan I proudly ship AD/MM, and thanks to OSUSprinks I proudly ship FF/PS. I am also rather fond of SS/OC and am beginning to appreciate the SS/HG ship thanks to Subversa.
Happy Reading and writing!!
Cheers!!

Funny!! Thanks for a quick and unusual story!
LOL OMG I about fell off the bed laughing!
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
I am very happy you liked it. It was one of those things that just had to be done. The appeal of Snape in bowling shoes was too good to pass up. =o) Thank you.
I don't think I've ever laughed so much at a fic, I loved it!
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
Oh, thank you. I am so happy you enjoyed it.
OMG!!!! this was a total hoot! and leave it to severus to cheat! however, the image of lucius and severus at a bowling alley will stay with me for a loooong time. thanks so much
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
Lol, I'm glad you think so. Ah, I am sure he would argue that point. It may have a bit of gray area. =o)Thanks so much for your review.
Cute story. I could even see the bowling alley and ugly shoes.
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
Aw, thanks. I know, poor Severus. I have always wondered why the shoes have to be so funny looking.
Response from debjunk (Reviewer)
Probably so no one would walk off with them!
When I first came across the part about Severus playing Wii, I thought "there can't be anything funnier than picturing Severus playing a Wii." But then he went bowling, and now I'm not sure which image is funnier! Great story!
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
Hm, me either. Thank you muchly for your review. I am very glad you liked the story. =o)
Oh, geez, I sure hope you write an epilogue with Lucius! I can just see these characters a year or so down the road, after Draco and Goyle have joined them to create the "Death Eaters Bowling Team." Can't you just see the shirts? Thanks for writing!
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
We shall see about the epilogue. I need more practice with Lucius first. <eg> But I love the bowling team idea. Somehow, I also think an MBL(Magical Bowling League) would be in order. Thanks so much for your review. =o)
Hehehe. I have this great mental image of Severus in all his black-clad glory in lurid looking bowling shoes and lying halfway down the lane on his arse. Lol, would so love to see Lucius have a go at bowling. I think it would be even funnier to see him trying it than Sev.
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
Yes, I could not help but put that thought there. It would be most interesting to see both Lucius and Severus bowling together. LOL! I wonder who would win that game, though I don't think a wager would be wayward at all.Thank you so much for your review!
LOL, now that is an interesting picture - Severus Snape bowling!!! Watch him sneer and glare his way to a 300!Ok, I'll keep dreaming ...
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
Tee hee. Yes, indeed! Perhaps he should create the first magical bowling league. Now there's an image. I think it would be super cool! Thanks for your review, Lyn. =o)
ROFL. I can just see him glaring down the lane at any pins that refused to fall! :)
Response from Stefdarlin (Author of Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing, Baby)
Can't you though? Even the meer thought of Severus bowling had me giggling. Glad it made you laugh. =o)
