Awwe... I read this story on the random spinner. This story had BETTER NOT be abandoned!!! *turns to content page to take a look* I will give it 5 stars if it's not...! For now 4.5
Interesting prompt and good characterization.
Ok when's the next chapter coming hummmm I can't wait for it. Great work :D
What a wonderful story. I can't wait until you update this again.
Well, that was unexpected. I wonder what Draco thinks of this?I also liked the faeries and the story behind them, nice touch.

Thank you for the review!
People like the Weasleys, having grown up with magic, never took their education seriously, figuring that magic would always be there. But Hermione, having only discovered her magic at the age of eleven, studied hard and never took anything for granted.
well said! (And ironic given Narcissa's revelation)
Finally a Pureblood Hermione fic that's different!

thank you for the review!
What a phenominal twist! But I suppose the marriage choice is easier now. I love this story, I wish you loads of spare time and a generous muse, so you can update really soon.

Thank you for reviewing! I will try to update as soon as possible
I have read quite a few Hermione 'finds out she is pureblood' stories and I have to say that yours has to be the best I have come across. The way you introduce Hermione as a Malfoy is definitely unique. I am truly enjoying it...can't wait to see more. But one question...what in the WORLD was the first part of Hermione's destiny??!!?? Update soon!!
Response from snarkysagewitch (Author of Redefining Hermione)
Your question will be answered with time. Thanks for reviewing!
"“Oi, Ginny!” exclaimed Fred. “You were supposed to tell us when shewoke up!” Ron, who had become her boyfriend only a week before,..."I know this is not a big thing, but I had to read that line three times before I figured out who Ron was dating. At first, because of your syntax, it sounded like he was dating Ginny.

Thanks for the advice
Ok, presents a problem. As someone above noted, if she's Draco's twin, then Hermione is technically a pureblood and not a muggleborn at all, so the marriage law doesn't apply to her.And therefore, she doesn't have to marry ANY pureblood (and couldn't marry her brother, Draco, anyway). However, if I'm understanding correctly, for purposes of your story, Severus is being portrayed as a pureblood, and if this gets out (that she's really Hermione "Malfoy")--then, by the law, she's not allowed to marry Severus, either---because under the law, it is a MUGGLEBORN who can (must) petition for any pureblood witch or wizard. So now what's to happen? Keep Hermione's true parentage secret, and allow her to choose Snape? (and then have to keep eternally secret from the Wizengamot that a pureblood has married another pureblood, or otherwise their marriage will be annulled?)Or reveal it, and up she goes on the auction blood for some "real" Muggleborn wizard to petition for?Interesting turn of events.

interesting way to look at things. Thanks for reviewing!
Wow, plot twist! Totally wasn't expecting that, but I love it. It's nice, too, that Draco had already started to be nice to Hermione before this came to light. Wow, wow, wow. Lots of adjusting to do. It seems that from what Narcissa remembers, she loved her baby. Hopefully she can love Hermione in her adulthood. (Oh yeah, this kind of makes Hermione's mind up for her, doesn't it? Whoo hoo!)
Response from snarkysagewitch (Author of Redefining Hermione)
Hermione and Nrcissa certainly have an interersting way to view their relationship now. Thanks for reviewing!
Oh, this story was rather good but- really? Draco's twin? I'm sorry, but that is a bit too much! And a new magical being too? Too AU!Good writing style though.

Thanks for the review.
THAT was a great chapter!! Who would have thought? Now we know why Drace didn't want to marry Hermione. He loved her more like a sister. I can't wait to find out what happens next.

nice twist didn't see it coming

Well, if Hermione is actually a Malfoy, she is not a muggleborn but a pureblood witch and the marriage law technically shouldn't apply to her. But as Voldemort cannot learn Hermione's true parentage, I'm guessing she will end up marrying Severus anyway, as she can hardly marry her own twin brother!Incidentally, how tragically, horiffically ironic... had Voldemort's plan completely succeeded, Lucius would have been involved in the rape and murder of his own daughter.:::Shudders:::
Response from snarkysagewitch (Author of Redefining Hermione)
very glad Lucius never had to rape or kill her. Would've created a little family tension, I suppose. Thanks for reviewing!
Oh, dear. I'm glad she didn't choose him.
Response from snarkysagewitch (Author of Redefining Hermione)
well she hadn't exactly chosen yet, had she?? thanks for reviewing!
LOL. Well that settles the question of who she is to marry, doesn't it? :)
Response from snarkysagewitch (Author of Redefining Hermione)
thanks for reviewing!
Well this is an interesting development. Can't wait to see where this goes. We at least know who Hermione won't marry.

Oho, I suppose this matter of choosing a suiter just became infinitely easier!

Now that is an interesting turn of events. I did suspect it when Narcissa appeared - but you really caught me off guard. Well done!

Thanks for the review!
Wow! What an interesting twist! Now that means she can be close to both Draco and Severus, but just in very different ways. Kind of makes her decision for her.

thank you for reviewing!
Wow, That was a chapter well worth waiting for. Please update soon.
Response from snarkysagewitch (Author of Redefining Hermione)
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. I'm working on getting the next chapter ready asap.
Yay, I got all the suitors right! I was pretty sure the groper was Sirius... I couldn't picture any of the other guys being that crass. I wonder how Harry might react, though, should he find out his godfather was the one who tried to feel up his best friend? But I'm glad Hermione got to talk to Severus and Draco about what really happened the night her parents were killed... I think that will help alot with the grieving process and enable her to move on.As for her compatibility with the two Slytherins, I agree with Draco that he and Hermione could become good friends, but lovers? No. But Severus... whether he's ready to see it or not, there's a definite sense that there could be something much more between them.Great update!
Response from snarkysagewitch (Author of Redefining Hermione)
As far as Sirius goes, I'm pretty sure Harry knew which suitor he was. During Sirius' and Hermione's dance, Harry was watching them rather closely which is why he ran up after she slapped him. If he hadn't known who the suitor was, he would've just let Hermione slap him, probobly thinking it was Severus or Draco. Thanks for the review!
