I love writing and reading. I work from home, which gives me the temptation to read or write fanfic instead of work! I have lived in both the US and UK. I currently live in the US, with my husband and three beautiful girls (all of whom wish to attend Hogwarts when they're of age! LOL).

Well, it is ... pleasurable and painful at the same time. I can't bear seeing Severus suffer. He just has a good afernoon, but what now? He has to return to his lonely, miserable life and wach her from afar. That's unfair. Lily has James and soon her little boy to comfort her, while Severus will have no one but regrets to hold him company. (until Hermione gets in the picture of course ;)

That was my thought exactly. I wanted to show that he could love, very deeply. I also wanted to show how he'd been loved, but just not enough. This paves the way for Hermione, does it not???? LOL Thanks for reading and reviewing. *hugs*Rhiannon
I have only just come across this story and my first thought after reading it was, why on earth hasn't it got more reviews?! This was SO good. Whilst it was very sad, you really expressed both Severus' and Lily's feelings and conflict in such depth that I almost believed the encounter could have happened! I am not a fan of SS/LE fics normally but this really was excellent; your descriptive powers are second to none and made this a very erotic read aswell as a poignant one. You very kindly reviewed my first ever story on this site recently and, having read this now, I really hope you will be writing lots more!

Thank you so much. I can't tell you how much I truly appreciate your review. It's so kind of you. I'm so glad that you got the point of my story. I've always thought that their relatioinship was obsessive and powerful. I think that love isn't enough to make a relationship last. I'm so pleased that you saw my efforts. It's a bit on the kinky side. *blush* Not something that I've ever tried before, but it just felt right. I tried to step out of my comfort zone. I'm becoming quite a fan of yours as well. I'm truly flattered that you enjoyed my little tale. I've got the first chapter of a new story in queue now, I'd love to hear your thoughts once it's up. Thanks so much!! *hugs* Rhia
It's horrible being the loveing husband, tender giving - and never matching up to the 'first love of her life' A woman never forgets ehr first. And with a lover like Severus - she never will. Loving two, craveiing one but belonging to the other...It's painful to see him still so in love iwth her, still fighthing James for her heart. In love with the one he can never have.

It's how I always saw the relationship going. she's the object of obsession for two equally strong personalities. I'm so glad that you enjoyed it, sad and tormenting as it was. I've always believed that the most splendid love comes from the hardest of circumstances. Thanks for the review! Rhiannon
Oh, poor Lily! Poor Severus! Poor Harry. As for James- oh, screw him.

ROFL. I feel bad for all of them. Mainly James, I doubt he'd beable to live with himself if he knew Severus was the 'better man' as it were. *smirks* Thanks so much for the review! Rhiannon
Yay, it's up!! And brilliant too, m'dear. Like I said, you wonderfully portrayed the conflict Lily felt, torn between two very different men, and then the obsession Sev felt (not only with Lily but with besting James as well). Hugs, dear!

Thanks very much. I quite literally could not have done without your brilliance! That is exactly what I wanted to bring to light! Thanks again, dearest!
That was so sad.

Sorry to have made you sad. I have always been interested in the fact that falling in love with someone will not always come out as a happy ending. Though in Snape's tortured life, I think that this is his best source of joy. Thanks so much for the review! Rhiannon
