Just stumbled across this and what a fun read!  I don't read drabble much because I like a little more meat to a story.  It is completely unnecessary in this story, however.  A lot is said (and very well, I might add) with so few words.  Will be keeping an eye out for the next installment, no matter how long it takes!

What an amazing story! I just found this. So short, yet there is so much said in these few words. You leave a lot to our imaginations, but I really like it that way.

His explaination of why he is the way he is made my heart ache. So sad. I hope she will forgive him and show him what real unconditional love is.

I loved how he categorized his life. What a sad existence. It's truly no wonder why he doesn't care for anyone. It seems that Hermione is understanding better too.

What a wonderful update!  I'm sorry Severus had to get his head cracked, but at least he and Hermione are actually talking to each other and not just hurling insults.

I'll miss these updates while you work on your original short(s), but I wish you good luck as you work on it and hope you're able to have it featured in the anthology!

Oh what a snit fit! Severu swas in his right to try and shake some sense into her!  Too bad she had her wand in hand. I hope he's okay?

She's in quite the snit, isn't she? She's been hanging around Severus for too long.

Ouch!  Poor Severus... he has such a hard time telling Hermione the reason he wants to know what's going on with her is that he really likes her. 

And it seems that even she can see in the mirror that something is wrong.  Have the effects of Bellatrix's curses manifest themselves again? 

Perhaps Severus is the only one who can help her heal.  And you just know he would love to.  Unfortunately our dear Severus is out cold on the floor of Hermione's flat.  What's a wizard to do?

I'm looking forward to the next installment... when... *clears throat*...  Hermione explains herself.

BTW, in case you haven't figured it out, I love this story!
