At the end of the war, Hermione went to bring her parents home. In the year that she was gone, a lot changed, including Lucius Malfoy who has been sentenced as Harry's servant. Can she accept all the changes and that everyone's lives went on without her?

I picked up the Harry Potter fandom around the time the first movie came out and began writing fanfic early 2005 after discovering the adult online community. I identify most closely with the Slytherins and you will see my taste in writing lends me to writing about Slytherins more often than not. In addition to fanfiction, I also make fanvids on the Harry Potter fandom. I'm a Perfect Imagination acredited beta and am willing to help authors. My main 'ship interests are Snape/OC (never really got into the SS/HG pairing) and LM/any female (with HG as a new favorite). I have dabbled in RL/OC and RL/NT and am okay with those pairings. I am looking forward to what he will do after his time with the Potters is up...
Even if he wasn't all evil, he was still a right bastard! But i am endeavouring to keep an open mind. I'll allow that perhaps he didn't really have a choice. I mean, one always has a choice, but if that choice is death or misery, many people will choose to do wrong. Lucius Malfoy is not one that I would think capable of facing death for his beliefs.
You can't blame a girl for being suspicious. Lucius' tale, however, seems genuine. You can see undercurrents in canon of his displeasure with Voldie. This fits well with that, I think. Now to see what Hermione does with her new found knowledge.I always have a hard time believing Lucius about anything having to do with him not being as horrid as he truly is. I'm hoping for the best, though.
I'll be interested in seeing how you manage to get Hermione and Lucius together since there are only 2 months left on his 'sentence' and he's with Harry.Looking forward to more.
