Great literature has a way of touching people's lives.
"...and craziest nooky west of the Firth of Forth. Yee Haw."I adore you.

Thanks for continuing to read and review. Yes, the lady is crazy.
"Severus was thinking the lady must have a very keen sense of humor. His remarks had been too subtle for his."OMG! This line slaughtered me!

Ah, yes. So much for snarkiness.
You are so not right in the head. I think I love you.

The original intent was to be irresponsible -- write a few wild chapters and quit.
I haven't stopped grinning since I started reading. Yee haw!

*chuckles* How rather amazing! Great cracky-humour, hopefully with some of the PWP you'd promised coming shortly? One thing I would say, though, is that there's a lot of empty space on the page (particularly at the bottom), and I just find that a bit distracting. :-)
I'm going to rec this at The New Library on LJ, and if you'd like to pick up a recced icon from there, you're more than welcome.
Author's Response:
Thanks for the recommendation.
As for the space, this was my first attempt at indenting. It took many tries to get it right, and the method of indenting I use can create spurious spacing.
Brilliant.

OMG this must be the most original fic in fanfiction. What a roaring start!

You're absolutely killing me with this inclusion of every single thing that makes literary agents worldwide moan and toss manuscripts in the wastebin. And all with a deft sense of humor. I am in awe.

Thanks for following the story and reviewing. There's going to be a pause. Writing three different styles, especially Harmony's, has me temporarily burned out.

Hmmm. Perhaps not publishing. A grad student forced to endure the rigors of Victorian literature? I am absolutely delighted with the intentional drek. Brilliant.
Response from MHaydn (Author of Severus Snape and the Story with No Plot)
Thanks again. I'm having to fake the Victorian lit. I looked for some around the house to plagiarize, but I couldn't find any, and I'm too cheap to go buy some.

Good lord, it's almost as if you know publishing from the inside. Brilliant skewering of tropes.

I assumed the people in publishing were similar to the people where I work - some combination of highly talented and partially dysfunctional. Thanks for the review.

Good Heavens! Took me a while to get it, but now ....Among many hysterical parts this one stood out, especially, the "corn fed colonial" ..."How like a tender shoot our Professor Snape was during that fateful summer when a corn-fed colonial set her sights on stripping him of his husk of reserve and sampling his golden kernels until leaving him but a cob of a wizard although it is a testimony to the hardihood of our stock that she did but butter the “ear” of our hybrid and leave him sweeter and smoother, worthy of a dash of salt and able to plow a long, cross-pollinating furrow."Thanks for sharing and giving me a good laugh.RedRoo

For a reason I cannot identify, I feel the urge to have some buttered corn with my dinner tonight : )I love it!

I've always believed the purpose of erotica is to make the world unsafe for fangirl's hubby.

OMG is this how authors come up with their stories? Well no wonder I suck at writing. lol
Response from MHaydn (Author of Severus Snape and the Story with No Plot)
This is how I do it. If it weren't for cut-and-paste on the text editor, I would go down in defeat.

There aren't enough accolades to praise this amazing, singular work that leaves no cliche lovingly untouched but exposed while offering the reader the most unique reading experience, which can only be found here in our nook of a fandom universe--just kudos and admiration.beyond.words! And of course, in my back-a** way, I'm so ticked and delighted to now think about the chronological evolution of Biff and the others who are (some) the precursors for your wonderful Vampire!Severus episodes. Thank you for your patience--I should have read this first and then have proceeded to enjoy and experience thw other tales, but... Thank you for an amazing, rich read!
Response from MHaydn (Author of Severus Snape and the Story with No Plot)
Thank you very much. It was exhausting to write, and for a long time, no reasonabe resolution seemed possible. The final decision was that a reasonable resolution didn't fit the story, and a bit of sci-fi, fantasy time-shifting might do the trick.
'Wild West, Americans, wolves, Indians. (...)And vampires,(...) and Snorri did write like a Slav.'-- a collage of wonderful elements creating this unique whole (let's not forget the writers themselves)! Reading on, this gem of a tale!
Response from MHaydn (Author of Severus Snape and the Story with No Plot)
Apologies for the delayed response. I had to review the story ( what a mishmash) to refresh my memory. The story does toss everything together. Glad you like it.
'Are you telling me the muse confused the cowboys and the Cossacks?'--hahaha!Finally, elf-sex! with a witch! This is a *first* for nag-who-lives-under-a-rock (or in a cave, as is sometimes observed)--Oh Merlin's hairy balls! Great chapter (and yes, hot, outrageous, wonderful elf lemons *evil cackling* snuck in with all the other wonderful content) Talk about a brave and fearless writer, MHaydn--it's you & yes, (lingo time) you rock hard!;-D
Response from MHaydn (Author of Severus Snape and the Story with No Plot)
The writers are at full stretch, or full indulgence, as Biff spins a Western yarn, Snorri depicts tortured souls, and Harmony pens prim pornography. Thanks. The audience for such outrageous material is small.
So we have three people, writing different genres, with HG and SS as the main characters. I like Biff!
Response from MHaydn (Author of Severus Snape and the Story with No Plot)
As you can imagine, the story is lurching forward.

I think that I will need one of Hermione's colour coded charts, to keep up with this one.

How very prescient. The writers do that in the next chapter.
