You know, it is hard to feel loved when you are someone's project - even if they do love you. I hope he is recovered himself to the point where further fixing on her part won't be forthcoming and they can have a balanced relationship. A good cautionary tale for all of the bad-boy-fxers out there.

Severus just seems to have run away and hid. This woman is care taking and non-threatening and didn't seem to be after him. Now he has needs and she is looking more attractive as a woman or is is spite or a determination to move on with his life and show Hermione he can do without her? The man has a pattern of hanging on to love if he still dreams about her after 5 years.

I like Kat. Sev should give up on Hermione and start seeing only Kat. Kat's sensible. She doesn't want to be a rebound. I am eagerly waiting on finding out who the couple is.

Interesting chapter - I always wondered if they could get away from the Mark by running as far away as the could - great take that he could not. Someone Kat could sense him I suppose - I cannot wait to see what happens next.
