Creative curses of several kinds! Evil!Snape can be such unrepentant fun. Definitely a guilty pleasure for me, but then the pleasure isn't the only thing guilty about this tale.

Br-r-r-r-r-r...it occurs to me that perhaps Hermione herself is not really safe with Severus if he's willing to go as far as murdering an innocent man in order to have her. That's not real love -- if anything, that's the opposite of real love since he seems to have very little concern for what her best interests or feelings in the matter might be. It seems unlikely that a man who's willing to ill his rival would shy away from using other forms of manipulation (or force) to keep Hermione with him.

Thanks for reviewing. I don't usually bring out Dark!Severus to play, and in this story he's definitely not safe for Hermione to be around. Sadly, she doesn't know that... yet. :(
