Welcome to my world of (largely) erotic exploration of the human condition. (Well, that's one way of putting it anyway ...)
My writing is largely rated NC-17 and, as you will see, contains a lot of explicit detail. But I cannot write without developing believable characters, largely in canon (at least as a starting point), whose behaviour is established through dialogue and tangible situations. I adore these characters and tend to write from the inside out, getting inside their heads and simply letting them talk (and act ...). Yes, there is a lot of sex, but I hope my characters' sexuality enables them, and us, to discover deeper aspects of their personalities.

Ha ha! Good. But, even I get bored of non-stop smut, although I have to admit, there is a heck of a lot of it in this story - a heck of lot, but lots more other stuff to come too!! x

Whew! I thought the scene in the Great Hall was steamy. That was until we reached the potions class. A very good thing it is the last class of the day. You have a real gift for writing smut. Maybe a weird compliment, but only a handful of people do it really, really well. And what do I love more than lots of hot, yummy sex scenes? Lots of hot yummy sex scenes that also have good plot and dialogue *is feeling blissful*

Thank you so much!! There is a lot of sex in this story. A lot. But, I hope it is there to reflect the incredible link, emotionally and physically, that these two people feel for each other. At the moment, yes, they are just at each other all the time, but it will develop far beyond that, believe me. Sex for them at the moment is an outlet for the frustration, torment and unspoken emotion that is still raging inside both of them after the war. x
I really liked the conversation between Snape, McGonagall, and Hermione. And then afterwards... I thought he had more control than that. Or at least planned to. Thank goodness he doesn't :) *fans self* Interested to see what "games" entails.

She is a clever girl. He can't resist - and doesn't seem to want to anymore. He is being consumed by his passion and at the moment their absences simply bring their physical need to the fore even more when they meet up. x

I know. When I first wrote this story, I denied her an orgasm in this chapter, so it was even more of a dismissal. I just feel Snape can't quite accept what's happening even though he desperately wants it. Hermione, bless her, understands him well enough to see it as a mini victory. She can work on it from here. x

He certainly is bamboozled (that's a great word, isn't it?). He has such potential for tremendous depth of emotion but is a master of keeping it tightly reined in - let's see what Hermione can do to release it. x
cool, love the angst ones:) And somehow Severus snape and hermione Granger seem suited to each other..lol even though when reading Harry Potter i would never have paired them! Look forward to reading more.

Well that went well. It is good to know that they aren't going to be careless and that she can appreciate the necessity for transitioning right back in to Miss Granger and Professor Snape that he has imposed. I was also pleased that the high from being with him made her mood good enough to enjoy time with her housemates. She may be a bit older and loads more mature, but a girl still needs a bit of a social life. She was feeling so desperate in her bed that night, I half expected her to try to go to his rooms. That might have been a very bad choice so I am glad she fell asleep instead. Looking forward to more soon!

I was so happy to see an update today, and when I went back to read the reviews of this chapter as a refreasher of what last happened, I realized that I didn't leave a review. What was I thinking?!?! No matter, just a good excuse to reread this and it did not disappoint the second time around. You paint a fantastic picture of extreme tension, burning desire, and exquisite pleasure. And he didn't freak out and run. Loving this!

Whew! That whole teach me business had me practically melting all over my keyboard *off to turn up the AC* This whole thing would be so frustrating, except Hermione seems to know exactly what she is getting into, and is fully aware that his actions are an indication of his inexperience with such extreme, raw emotions, rather than him being disrespectful to her. If she can be persistant, and not let him get to her, they just may be alright.
