I am a 20-something-year-old who admits to not knowing or having everything figured out, beta, foodie, bibliophile, and dabble in art. Most days I may be found in the kitchen indulging in the culinary arts.

I adore a multitude of pairings in the fandom, though I am partial to: SS/HG, DM/HP, NT/HG, PP/MB, SS/HG/LM, Snupin, and LL/HG.

Woo Hoo!  This new found ability can be either a blessing or a curse... and I'm looking forward to watch this all play out!Beth

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

For him, it's a little of both. On one hand, it's helped him gain a great woman, and on the other, the ability is driving him a bit bonkers.

Well, at least Severus wants to let Hermione know about his new 'gift'.  It's a tall order for someone to make a promise about, though.  Somehow, I don't think she will be too pleased about it.  Great chapter!  :D

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

I don't think it's so much that he wants to let her know, it's that he has to tell her. I agree, he is asking a bit much of her.

omgoodness!  pants off, indeed!  LOL  Great chapter.  :D

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

A naked, snarky Severus is the best; Hermione knows it, too.

rosered

Yes!  Great beginning.  Talk about sweeping a lady off her feet, Hermione must be completely floored by Severus' kiss.  :D

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Thank you so much! I'm glad that you're enjoying this. I'm sure Hermione nearly melted when Severus kissed her for the first time.

*cue reveal music*Hope she doesn't walk out on him! lol.... Damn, I wish i could see her face!

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

I couldn't have her leave him because I think they belong together. Rest assured, there will be a good ending for our favourite couple.

"Oh, say that again, only slower and with your pants off."Don't know why, but that line cracked me up.  Fun fic so far.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

That's probably one of my favourite lines as well. I found the line on someone's lj icon, and I just had to use it. Also, I'm glad you're enjoying my story.

This is so good!  I can't wait to read the next part.  *doing a little happy dance*  :D

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Aww, you flatter me! I'm writing the next chapter as we speak.

debjunk

Oh, he's coming clean!!!  What will Hermione say?  Can't wait to see.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

I know, it's strange for a Slytherin to confess to something, right?

10/10

snitchette

Wow, the Slytherin that he is is going to confess such a secret. Despite a promise I'm sure I'd be mad at him. Can't wait to read her reaction.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

I know, it's totally unSlytherin of him to confess, but it's something he needs to do. I'm certain her reaction will be priceless. An update should be along fairly shortly.

He could be in trouble... or she could love the idea.  Who would't want a man who knew what you wanted rather than having to spell it out in words on one syllable. :)

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Eh... I can't have him get into much trouble; he is who she wants to be with after all. Personally, I would love to have a man who would know exactly what I want rather than having to tell him. But then again, I don't necessarily know if I would want him to be able to hear all of my thougths. It could get me into trouble.

Please Hermione, don't be to mad at him???

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

We'll see how she responds shortly. *pats the pretty, shiny stars*

Ack!  Confession time.  Or at least I think he's going to come clean.  I wonder how this will effect their relationship.  Generally, I believe confession is good for the soul, but this might be one of those things to quietly keep to yourself.  A woman isn't going to be happy to know she has no privacy around a man.  Waiting patiently for the update.  AV

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Oh, he is going to come clean. If it affects their relationship at all, it won't be for long. I shold be writing the next installment fairly soon.

10/10

ApollinaV

I love that he didn't let her out of bed.  That's a commanding Severus that I like.  Him reading her mind is giving him the right sort of confidence he needs.  Love this! AV

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

I always like my Severus a little commanding, too.

10/10

ApollinaV

That final line... sounds familiar.I lurve you Miz Graynjur.

Cute! AV

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

It should; I took it from chat one night. I originally borrowed it from an icon I saw on lj.

10/10

ApollinaV

No arguing you insolent girl!  You know what you did.  They always claimed he could read their minds.  Now with this 'power' I'm not sure how he's going to use it, but I'm thrilled to find out.  And with a lovely SSHG kiss like that, it's bound to be good.  I can't wait to read more.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

He will certainly catch some miscreants - you'll see some of that in chapter 4. Glad you liked the kiss, too. It was my favourite scene to write in this story.

10/10

Becky

oooooooooooooooooooooo, Mercy I hope if he tells her it won't change the way she feels about him! Love this story..Well done! Looking forward to more..

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Thank you! I'm glad you are enjoying it. If it changes things, it probably won't for very long. Can't have my two favourite characters separated.

So how did this miracle come to pass? The mind reading I mean. And how long will it last? Wonder what Trelawny's thoughts are? This has been really run to read.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

More will be revealed in the next chapter, and in time, you will indeed see Trelawney. I'm glad this has been enjoyable for you. Thanks for the wonderful review and the pretty stars!

beaweasley2

very nice. pays to know what the other likes. I enjoyed this very much.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Glad you're enjoying the story. There will be more to come soon.

10/10

beaweasley2

Yep, definatly has advantages. Too bad he also hears the students as well. LOL

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Yeah, I feel bad that he has to hear the students. But at least he's never bored.

10/10

beaweasley2

LOL the benefits of knowing! Whoot!

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Yup, sometimes it's good to know things, though I doubt Sev will much agree with me after this tale.

Prof M McGonagall

Hot chapter!  Where do you think you're going?  Wasn't she thinking about it?  Maybe good sex has taken away his ability to hear women.  ;)Looking forward to the next installment.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Thank you. He was a little too distracted to bother to listen to what she was thinking, and he wanted to continue their romp from the previous night. You won't have too long to wait for the next installment. I'll be sitting down to write it sometime tonight.

*gulps* :)

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

:) Is that a good thing?

Response from morgaine_dulac (Reviewer)

Yeah!! Definitely good!

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Hehe. Great then. Thanks so much!

10/10

snitchette

This is almost too easy for him. I think it's not fair for her. Maybe he could share the gift with her.

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

It will be, trust me. More will happen in the next chapter.

sunny33

I think he is cheating LOL! :)

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Hehehe. Cheating? Our Half-Blood Prince and Head of Slytherin? Nah. He don't have it in him.

10/10

debjunk

Well, his new found talent has let him use his other talents oh, so very well!

Response from luvsev (Author of What Women Want)

Indeed it has. I daresay even if he could not hear her thoughts, he'd still be a fantastic lay. Sorry that was a bit crude of me, but it's true.

Response from debjunk (Reviewer)

Amen, sister!
