Age 59, I have been a Severus and Alan Rickman fan for a couple years. I post SS/HG stories.
I went to NY last week to see Seminar (Jan 4, 20012) It was wonderful.
Shades of Severus in his character and his house. I was priviledge to see Alan up close an personal after the play.

Most intriguing ... I'll admit, I'm a sucker for the hurt/comfort genre, particularly when the protagonists find solace in each other, rather than one offering all the comfort and the other passively accepting. This is terrific. Thanks for writing!

Yes, I think he may have had a stroke from loss of blood and the poisons.

Oh, great cliffie right at the start. My money is on it being Severus, but I always have high hopes about him being alive and somewhat well.

Poor Severus and Hermione! I do hope Hermione can find a way to help our favorite Potions master recover ... she sounds so horribly lonely, I think they really need each other at this point.
I can't wait to see where you take this story from here, but what an excellent beginning.

I knew I had read this before but since it is recced today in one bad man I decided to read it all over again - and felt immediately for it's charming and uplifting content.I have read a lot of your stories and you have the gift to tell a positive tale in a very believable way without letting it become too sappy. It's so nice to see that your Severus allows himself to be happy.
