known as Coco; also bella, gildedglamour on LJ, etc.
i'm a great many things, including:
indian & burmese
a proud harpy
a little crazy
creative and lovable... most of the time!
always vanishing at inappropriate times thanks to that dreaded 'RL'
really bad at updating regularly
apparently 'elegant', probably really not.
i like writing, slytherin men, writing about slytherin men... oh and reviews too.
:]
REGARDING ALL THAT'S LEFT
In case you were wondering why it vanished off the face of the earth, not to worry. It's undergoing a significant bit of revision, but it'll be back eventually. It'll probably be under a different name, too, but the premise will largely be the same. Thanks to everyone who supported me through it; I just wanted to make a few changes but it'll be back, I promise.
Reviews for stolen kisses
So like the real world. Sigh.
stolen moments, far away from reality... sometimes all you have is the dream, and that is never enough in the long run.
loved this story even though it broke my heart.
Very well written although it made me sad. I'm going to believe, eventually, they decide to be together. The four of them deserve to be happy. Thanks for the thought provoking story.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
They certainly do deserve a lot better. They're actually some my favourite characters in the series (others being Draco, Lucius and the twins) so it's funny that I've made them all miserable. I hope for their sakes that there's more to life than what I've written. :)
Oh.............that was so sad.............I could cry for them.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Aww! I hope you don't! That would just make me feel bad, haha.
I like the format, all the different perspectives.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thanks! I'm glad to hear it. :]
I hate this kind of stories. I always want to see them ending up together and happy, with 9 children (who will end up in Ravenclaw, the compromise house for them it seems ;) )Yet, your fic was wonderful. How in a few words you managed to convey what they felt, they heartache. And even the sad position Remus and Narcissa are in.Chocolate biscuit to you!
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
How on earth did you know that I love chocolate biscuits? (But really, your review is payment enough.) :) I'm glad you liked it despite the situation-- that's a high compliment. I feel for all of them equally, to be honest; I think each one deserves our sympathy as much as the next. But that's just my point of view. Thanks for the lovely review! *flees to nibble biscuit*
OMGosh, So sad.. i really feel their pain.. poor Severus and Hermione!!! SNIFF!!!!
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Aww, thanks!
Sad, but creative as well. A story that exaults the old saying 'If wishes were horses, beggars would ride.'.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
So true! I'm glad you liked it. :]
How sad. Maybe Lupin can hook up with Narcissa.Poor Severus, another regret to add to his miserable life. Thanks for a nice read.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Haha, perhaps. I wonder how that match would work out? Thanks for reviewing!
Brilliant. Sad and brilliant.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thank you. :]
I really liked this. Sadly it is the way some people behave, not being honest and jumping into stupid marrages. Poor sad people. Thanks for sharing this.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thanks! I know, it is sad, but sometimes that's how life is. I hope I portrayed it realistically, though. Thanks for the review!
Awww. How sad and yet, sweet. Great story!
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thank you! :]
Heart breaking - I do feel bad for Remus though (not so much for Narcissa) - Remus deserves better and loves Hermione completely. It was a tragic read - I enjoyed it.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
I felt awful for breaking poor Remus' heart, because he's one of my favourite characters. But at the same time, he felt like the most appropriate person to pair Hermione with, so I did. Thank you, I'm glad you did!
Lovely and sad. No one's really happy, except maybe Remus, who is blind. When the truth comes out, and it will, he will be the one hurt the most. He's the one I feel for the most.Nicely done.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
In some ways, I think I sympathise with Narcissa as much as I do Remus. I'm not sure why; perhaps writing it gives you a certain empathy, but I felt that, while she didn't love Severus, she definitely deserved something better. I don't love Narcissa, but she's not the worst of characters. Thank you for reviewing!
too sad! i agree, why can't they just get divorced and marry each other. i know, it's not that simple. lovely writing, though.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
They could, but there's so much emotion, pride and social status involved. It really isn't that easy, and especially not for them. (But I entirely agree-- if it was me, I would.)
So much for regrets. Couldn't they just get divorced and remarry together?
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
I wish they could. :[ But unfortunately it's never that easy. Remus really loves Hermione (in this ficlet) and Hermione doesn't have the will to break his heart like that. Severus needs to money and status that Narcissa can offer, and Narcissa needs the redemption. Plus, Severus never really tells her outright that he loves her-- he says it, but he says 'Miss Granger' which makes her doubt the validity of it. Overall it's a pretty tense situation. :/
How sad... Beautiful writing, but sad nonetheless.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thank you. :]
Very nice. He should have told her!
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Well, now he's learnt his lesson, hasn't he? :(
I adore this! So sad and so beautiful! Brava!
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thank you!
Lovely last sentence... crashed my heart
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thank you! :]
As I told you already on LJ, this is soooo very beautiful and heart-wrenching. I always get all teared up while reading it.
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Aww! As much as I don't want to make you cry, that really flatters me. :] Thanks so much!
This was really good, and very heartbreaking. Ah, poor Severus! As they say, hindsight is 20/20. Too bad that he couldn't have realized his mistake sooner!
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
True, but now he's learnt his lesson. :[ Unfortunately, this one probably doesn't come with a second chance!
SEE Severus this is what happens when you don't share your feelings!!! I liked the switching POVs!
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
It certainly is. Well, we can safely say that Severus has learnt his lesson. Thanks!
Understandable, but sad. Thanks for posting, JoAnne
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
Thank you!
Argh! The angst. The beautiful, damned angst!!! I loved it...
Response from bellarossi (Author of stolen kisses)
I don't often write proper angst, but yes, it's enjoyable in small doses. :] Thanks!
