Fluffy, light-hearted little Easter sequel to "At All Costs." Snape and Lupin are sitting in the garden and watch their children play when an Easter bunny hops along.

Awesome I wish I had told that to my son...great story!!!
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
:-) Most stories with kids I wrote were inspired by my son. Although not all of them are as nice as that one. Glad you liked it and thanks for reviewing!
LOL, so adorable, thank you!

After the rather dark prequel, I needed something nice. And it was the season, of course. Thanks for reviewing!

Too cute to not comment. :D

Thanks a lot and sorry for the late response!
this was a sweet story. i love this version of things, where severus and remus are friends, as are their children. and i liked the picture of severus totally wrapped around his daughter's little fingers. it is a nice coda to your darker story 'at all costs.' : )
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
Had to do it. Couldn't let it end where at At all costs ends, with the pain still lingering round the corner. Snape and Sasha was a picture I couldn't resist writing about. Thanks a lot and sorry for the late response!
I remember the day that I told my son there was no Easter Bunny, you thought the world had come to an end. I had to retract my story immediately! He's 25 (and married) now and tho I don't think he believes in the Easter Bunny any more he still gets something from his Mom! Thank you for the lovely story (so many memories)

:-)) Now your review made me smile widely! I am a bit older than your son (quite a bit *grmpf*) but believe in the Easter Bunny, Father Christmas, Witches and Wizards, Wands, brooms, Snapes... I would hit anybody squarely over the head if this one told me neither of them exists! Naturally, my son found a lot of Easter eggs and even saw the Easter bunny last Sunday. Nearly *g*

What a lovely peace! And how wonderful of Severus to make this Easter Bunny Thingy work so well... *big grin*.
Just the right bedtime story after a nice, long and exhausting Easter Day with the whole, loving and tiring family. Thank you!
Author's Response: Immer gern geschehen.
Make that "piece" instead of "peace" *blushes*.
How lovely! The perfect little story to end my Easter Sunday. I love a Snape who has a soft spot here or there.
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
I always considered him a man who hides his soft spots well - which means he has them, naturally ;-)Thanks a lot and sorry for the late response!
Very cute! I enjoyed reading it. that being said, I think you may have a typo, though. When describing Sasha as also being Hermione's child, you used the word tempter. Did you intend to say that she tempts or were you intending to address her ability to get very angry very quickly? As I said before, I very much enjoyed reading this. Thank you for writing it. :D
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
Thanks for pointing the typo out to me, I corrected it immediately. An thanks for reviewing as well!
Aw, that was sweet! We had our Easter egg hunt this morning, with me shivering in the backyard hiding the darn things before the children got it into their heads to look. What wouldn't I have given to flick a wand have a bunny hopping around, dropping eggs? Thanks for your work!
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
*snicker* Can totally picture you! And I could use a wand every single moment of the day, I must admit...Thanks a lot and sorry for the late response!
A lovely Easter tale. I like Severus as an indulgent father, that seems spot on. Also the children fighting, that sure is realistic. Thank you for having Severus and Remus as friends. Much appreicated.
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
They are always friends in my reality, friends or even lovers. Fighting children - you sound as you've got some experience there ;-)Thanks a lot and sorry for the late response!
That was adorable.

Ahhh. How sweet a story and what a wonderful way to bring an epilogue to At All Costs. I love it! Irish
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
Hi, Irish, and thanks for your nice words. I wrecked my brain to find a nice epiloge bit to At all costs, with that story being cruel and bitter and all. I'm glad I found a way to ease things up a bit.
Hehehe... I just *love* that Severus twisted it around onto Remus. I can just picture his confusion at suddenly being blamed.
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
Well, you know by now that I really, really have a thing for those two *g*Thanks a lot and sorry for the late response!
As I loved "At all cost", I looooved this one! Severus wrapped around his daugthers little fingers is a lovely picture, I adore it:-))
Response from chivalric (Author of Of Fathers And Their Children)
She's his daughter - she can wrap everybody round her fingers ;-) Thanks a lot and sorry for the late response!
