Thank you for another review! <3 Believe me, I don't drink hater-ade when I think of Ronald. But in all honesty, he would not have stuck around and tried to help Snape. He really didn't have anything invested in the situation, except for being near Hermoine. I believe the call to fame and money, the glory and the women, would have changed him a bit. One thing Ron seems to be, even in canon to me, is kind of a chameleon. He wants to fit in, be cool, be rich... I respect Ron, but this is just the way my muse has taken me, I'm afraid! :D

My beta adored that line about power as well, and I was rather shocked when I proof-read my own chapter--I admit it, it is my favorite line so far! Except for maybe hermione implying harry defeated Voldemort with his cock...teehee :D And I know a lot of people might have expect Severus to be totally pissed off, but lets face it, things are different now that he knows Voldemort is gone. But like you noticed, giving into appreciation and attraction isn't exactly easy for him to do. Chapter Four will be sent off to queue after I answer my reviews, because my awesome beta is super fast!
