Snape is alive – only he doesn't believe it. He lays in a deep coma at St. Mungo's, his mind locked in an afterlife of his own making. Occlumency shields prevented the best mind healers from intervening. He's considered a hopeless case – but there's this irritating know-it-all with a crazy shaman trance plan and a boy-who-just-won't-bugger-off.

Simplistic and complex. Forever a contradiction.
P.S. I hate biography sections!!!
Reviews for Revival
interesting begining. i look forward to more. thanks
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Thank you for reviewing! Chapter Three should be up in a week or so.
Happy Reading!
Oh so this is the other POV - okay. Cool. Nice way to do this. I'm glad Ginny is helping and that Harry is really wanting to help Snape. I shoudl have guessed that Ron is such a selfish git. Geeze.Nevertheless, It's funny that Hermione would go to such extremes though. Still, this is really funny at times. Well done.
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Thanks again! Ron is a git, and you know Hermione. She's always blazing some sort of trail.
Thanks again!
Oh this is really funny. I like how you have Snape in this - especailly the contemplation that he goes through. But I LMAO when he heard Hermione yell at Harry!
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Yay! I'm so pleased to hear you dug my story! I laughed when I wrote that, too. :)
Happy reading!
Ooooooh this is exciting! I can't wait to see what happens when he wakes up. He can't say that they're just doing it out of pity now that he can hear them and they don't know it.
Ron was a bastard though, wasn't he?
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Yes, the plot is thickening! And Ron was a bit of a putz. Funny, I find him quite loveable in canon but I adore having him all bastardly in fanfic!
Thanks so much for your positive review! Happy hols!
huzzah!! I love you for your update and that satisfied look you get when it gets posted and we give reviews-- heehee what you thought I wasn't looking. . .
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
First of all, HUZZAH that you gave me a HUZZAH! And I probably do look quite satisfied with myself right now. Too bad I'm under my invisibility cloak!
Thanks so much and happy hols!
oooh my! Things are moving along quickly now. I can't wait to hear Snape's take on what just happened. I'd love to know what he thinks of this trio and how they have taken to helping him. Thanks for posting, JoAnne
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
That was what really got me about this particular prompt. Snape. Immobile. Snark. Dunderheads. Pride. Kindness.
And thank YOU for posting a review!
Ooh! So they're getting closer... can't wait to see what happens when/if Sev wakes up. And Hermione... hmmm.. wonder if Sev will have some never-before-expressed feelings for the 'insufferable know-it-all' :)
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
I wonder.... :)
Thank you for reading and reviewing!
Ooo, can't wait to see how he reacts to that little bit of info. Great job.
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Teehee! Snape reactions are always fun! Thank you for your praise!
How about a sequel?
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
I'm glad you enjoyed your reading! Thank you for your gleeful emoticon!
Fascinating start, and the juxtaposition of Severus's thought processes with Hermione's interjection is well placed. I look forward to the further unravelling of the plot
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Thanks, I worked hard for that! I hope it unravels to your liking!
Happy Hols! Happy Reading!
what a fantastic beginning! i loved how you immersed us in snape's slippery mental world. i was mesmerized, and am looking forward to seeing where you take this story.
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
I am glad you were pleased by everything thus far, thank you so very much for your praise! I want this story to be funny and light, but suspenseful and slightly overwhelming. I hope I don't lose anyone this way, but looking at those five blinking stars you just posted makes me feel a lot more confident about my style. :)
Thanks again!
Hey there. You really made me laugh soooo loud that I possibly scared my cat to lose one of her nine lives.. LOL The last line made me vitalize the whole scene and it's bloody hilarious in a fun and good way. You have a wicked humour. Just keep going darling! I enjoyed the totally paranoid thoughts of Severus Snape. It is only what you can expect of a spy through several years. Good work.Hugs, Carmille
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Oh, thank you Carmille! I'm so glad that this story had such a positive effect for you, and please do apologize to your cat for me!
I'm excited to get the next few chapters all spic and span and up and going, and reviews like yours really light a fire under my muse's ass!
I take your opinion and compliments to heart; thank you again for your incredibly kind words.
And now, I'm off to the shadows again...
What in the world? LOL is this some kind of african ritualistic dance? hahaha
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
I'm so glad you enjoyed my story! Thank you for the review.
Poor Snape! Or maybe lucky Snape who gets to see HG nekkid. Your last line is hilarious! I look forward to reading more.
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
You'll just have to wait and see! Chapter Two is being tossed around between my fantastic Beta and I, and should be up within a week!
I'm so glad the last line went over well. I worried over it for a bit.
Thank you so much for your encouraging review! Authors love reviews, and I am no exception!
Seems very interesting so far. I like Severus's thought patterns and the way they seem so real. Great job!
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
I tried very hard to make the thought patterns as realistic as possible, and was so pleased to see your lovely review! I was so worried it would come across as choppy and boring; reading a review like this has really made my day. Thank you very much!
Best,

What a way to wake up. And here I was swimming along peacefully in the mind of Severus Snape, getting a feel for his state of mind and bam! the repremanding voice of Hermione Granger forces it way inside. Very interesting start. I look forward to seeing where this is going. Thanks for posting, JoAnne
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Much gratitude for this glowing review! I'm so glad that my work has piqued your interest! That's all a writer can hope for, really!:slips away under invisibility cloak:
Talk about a fabulous last line! I couldn't control a laugh/snort from escaping when I read that. Keep up the lovely work!
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Thanks so much! I'm very excited that my work has indeed induced laughter! I'm just grateful to be writing this story, loved the prompt. Happy Reading!
Hee! What a fabulous last line!Intriguing start to a promising story too.
Response from potionmastersmistress (Author of Revival)
Thank you for your kind review! Now if you'll excuse me, I must slip back into anonymity!
*growls in frustration* Must have more! Soon!
Again, comedy of the highest order. Beautiful!
This is freaking AMAZING! Very often, I find myself skimming stories, but I was acturally reading this one. I like the vivid imagery. You word paint well. Besides which, that subversion from the depths of Snape's unconscious mind and this sort of creepy, ancient ritual to Hermione screaming at Harry that it's all in the hips...High comedy. Worthy of Joss Whedon.
please update. this is a great story!
I am loving "Severus" arguing with "Snape", it is fun. Really Harry, hermione did tell you to remember the spells.
Better Hermione realise what a prat Ron is now, than after they marry and have kids. What will Severus think of "goodnight my love"?
A very good beginning, a pity it was never finished.
