I am absolutely obsessed with Severus Snape. My OTP is Severus/Hermione, but I will read just about anything, as long as Severus is somewhere in the story.
Althought I have been reading fanfiction for quite a few years, I recently got up enough courage to start writing and posting my own stories. There are so many writers who have inspired me to take this scary plunge into fandom. Thanks to everyone who adds to the rich tapestry of the Harry Potter universe.
Many thanks to Trickie Woo, my beta, to whom I am greatly indebted.

Please don't let this be a one-shot. It's such a wonderfully told story.

Oh my - that was heart-tearing and sweet. Particularly using Eileen to care for him is quite a good idea. Just a pity that this is only a one-shot. I would love to read how things are proceeding for Severus, being cared for by his mom and nursed back to - well, what, after ten years of Azkaban? You tell us?
I remember beta reading this for you back in March, well before DH came out. Now, because of all the things JKR has said about Snape, I feel that this could easily have been the fate she would have given him if she had let him survive. I'm happy to see that you've posted it, I thought it was well worth posting when I first saw it in March.
Well, this is rather heartbreaking. I hope you continue on with this fic and solve the mystery of who kept up the utility payments (perhaps Harry?), what happened during the battle to keep Snape alive, and does Harry know of what Snape had done (perhaps why he was eventually released from Azkaban?).
Oh wow. That was amazing. Just so full of the emotion and regret that one would expect in a situation like that. I cringe at the thought of poor Severus in that condition, but you've most likely nailed it on the head. I'm just bowled over by how powerful it is in its entirety. Fantastic job.
OMG, this is just too sad for words *sniffle* Very good writing, though. More? Please?
