I think I like this setup. It has me mightily confused and curious about where it's going to go next. ...And I've got a sneaky suspicion that was your intention too. Confuse and intrigue. How slytherin of you. :)

I like that Ron and Hermione's marriage isn't working out. Clearly they care for each other, they're just not working as a couple and it's not because either of them are being unsympathetic. I'm not one for Ron/Hermione, but I like when people go about the problem this way rather than having Ron be a lying cheating bastard.

I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for any additional parts.

Enjoyably written, but it'd be more fun if I knew who the characters in hiding were. I'm uncertain about Augustus and the Turners. Roland and Henrietta were easily identified, though. That section was characteristically them- and I loved that Ron refused help. Rhat was a very nice touch.

The imagery is great. I can just picture it all so easily.

So, anymore coming soon? I think it could really have something.

One thing I'm not sure of though, had Voldie won or is the fight still ongoing? Well, I mean is he running things or is the MoM still up and bumbling?Why did they go into hiding?
