Beautiful extrapolation on the characters and relationship of Remus and Tonks. I have to suppress the nagging voice in my head that knows there is no real happily ever after for them. *sighs* That's what fanfic is for. This is a gorgeous scene, though, Sub, just lovely.

Wondered about that. Then they both abandoned the baby and went to fight. That bothered me immensely. It wasn't a parallel to James and Lily, because they died defending their son. Not off fighting away from him.

Very nicely done. I love how Ted uses the right hook instead of the wand to get his message through to Remus. And of course we know the two of them had to have a kiss and make up moment after his act of extreme stupidity.
