Born and raised in Las Vegas, married to a wonderful man who makes me laugh, thinks I'm beautiful and surprises me with roses for no bad reason.
If it's words on paper (or on the computer screen), I'll read it. Visions plague me, so I write them down. Occasionally, I even share them with others.
My personal goals include taking over the world and achieving immortality, but I'm willing to start small.

Reviews for Why Not Me
Hannah should have been recognized for her part in the battle, it was unfair that she fought with everyone else and recived no recognition, but nothing will change the fact that she did what she did by accident. Harry on the other hand had spent most of his young life fighting Voldermort, the fact that in the last seconds of his life he needed a push doesn't really matter. I think Hermione is right, Hannah will choke on it.

Wow, that's a strong reaction. I hope you enjoyed the end of the story, at least.

So sorry if I gave the impression that I didn't like the story, I did very much, but I do have strong opinions about people that think the world owes them a living .
well that was depressing. poor hannah. i was hoping for more honor to the hufflepuffs at the end but this ending was sadly incredibly realistic.

That was the point, so thank you. :-)
Good psychological portrait. Well constructed tale for the misperception of important events and the unfairness of history.

For twenty years, Hannah's been overlooked while everyone else was recognized for their role in bringing down Voldemort. They received rewards that she never did. Harry has been lionized. And here's good little Hannah, taking one for the team. After twenty years, she's angry, she's bitter, and she wants some recognition of her own. So, no, she's not supposed to be likable.
