Opps--wrong holiday--what am I doing reading Valentine's fic at Christmas? LOL. :D Some how I missed this at Valentine's and thought I would give it a read despite the season. Very nice vingettes. My guesses for Valentine authors are: Aunt Petunia, Ginny, and Severus. Any Christmas card drabbles in the works perhaps?

This was really cute. Gave me a smile in the middle of a hectic day. Thanks!My guess for Harry's Valentine is Ron, trying to cheer Harry up. I'm thinking he got one from Luna or Lavender or someone, got a happy feeling and decided that it was just what Harry needed. Of course, being Ron the human garbage disposal, he had to give it a taste first.Thanks for sharing,Donna

I'd thought about making a card for Harry from Ron, but when I started writing, an inspiration for something else hit. :) It was his aunt (Petunia). You know how she only sends nasty things, nothing really good for Christmas. Thank you for reading!
My guess is that the second valentine (to Lockhart) was sent by Ginny Weasley -- the reference to a hex cast at her family must be the Obliviate which Lockhart tried to cast on using Ron's wand when they went into the Chamber of Secrets with Harry, the hex which backfired on Lockhart because he made it using Ron's broken wand. My guess is that the third valentine (to Minerva) was sent by Severus Snape -- if memory serves, canon states that he has spiky handwriting like that on the card. However, I'm having trouble figuring out who sent the first valentine (to Harry). Neither Ginny nor Hermione would do something so rude, and I don't think Cho Chang would either. The only other woman in Harry's life who might reasonably have sent this is Petunia Dursley, since any presents which Harry gets from his uncle and aunt are positively insulting.

It' really funny and I'm still laughing imagining Lockheart with his "massager".Well for the Valentine I would say Luna Lovegood or Romilda Vane for Harry, Ginny Weasley for Lockheart and for Minervan, Albus seemed too obvious so I would choose Severus Snape even if I had difficulties to imagine them together in "one night of passion"

It was Snape who sent the one to Minerva (and it's hard to imagine for me, too, but I wanted to pick someone other than Albus who was "gone"). Harry's is from his horrid Aunt Petunia. Thanks so much!
