I will say this again, up front, I am a Dumbledore fan ... always loved the guy ... despite that, I always enjoy your writing. So while I'm not crazy about Meddling Albus, I did enjoy this read. Well written and this ...  "Oh, no. Oh, no, no, no, Merlin save them all." Was my absolute favorite!

I do love the way you show us the complex workings of Albus's mind--so convinced he knows best and is doing things for only the best of reasons...
Has there ever been a more well-intentioned and less self-aware hero?
And the perfect characterizations of Minerva and Severus--love them barely interrupting their argument to thank Albus for the party.

Thanks for reading and commenting.  Albus is such an interesting character...brilliant, and often kind, but with odd blind spots.  I think Severus and Minerva may well have other ideas about how to deal with their relationship in wartime, no matter how pleased Albus is with his solution.  And they'll get a nice holiday to boot.
