Reviews for Jewel Saga
The tongue-in-cheek fairy tale style of this story is brilliant!

Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. It is a pastiche of Icelandic Sagas, Wodehouse, and Mark Twain. (Steal from the best.)
Another Saga Looking forward to more gems soon.

Thanks. After 'Flower Saga,' I didn't think I would write another, but this one popped into my head.
Another Saga Looking forward to more gems soon.
Ah, the heroic Dobby the Strange with his cleaver, so happy he was made whole again with the sharpe-edged shovel; Andromeda understands well how an elf warrior and weapon are one (Hermione is as spunky and shrewd as ever; Draco is not averse). I've truly missed him and our others in such an interwoven tale--so happy to find and be able to read another adventure by you! As always, enjoyed the wit and bantering, along with the detailed description, profound observations between all of the characters. There is a bittersweetness with all of the characters, and in particular, Draco and Cormac; their subtle but affected states of being by the events undergone with Andromeda and Lucius, fighting Trolls and finding what they've sought is intricate. Looking forward to more!

Your review is a reminder that comedy has a serious side, and in this case, the story describes a period of transition. Hermione is coming to grips with the cost of being brilliant and successful. Andromeda is blossoming, but to paraphrase Draco, “It’s a joy to behold, preferably at a safe distance.” Dobby is feeling any lapse as a warrior as keenly as he felt any lapse as a family servant. Lucius is becoming an enabler, but he is facing the resulting family complications. Draco is redefining himself with such intensity that he is temporarily an observer. In contrast, Cormac is remaining true to himself, so to speak.
And thank you for all the kind words.
