Aha! I thought so before, when I read your poem about the black candle, but now I'm sure.  You're a wicca, right? I have a couple of books on it and have been interested in wicca the past six years or so. Great poem!MM and BB. (or am I not allowed to say that, not being a wicca myself?)

I LOVE it! I don't think that flow is all that important when doing poetry. I think the images it brings is far more important, and this one brings a lot of really good images to mind (mind you I'm a Druid with a very eclectic background, so I can atually picture Ritual taking place when I read this.)

This poem is very, very cute. I have to agree with your author's note, the flow and rhythm is sort of off. However, it somehow adds to the effects. I really enjoyed reading this because you made something as menacing as witchhood good under easy terms. By using forced rhyme, you gave this poem a very innocent tone. I really like this poem. It is very very cute! 

i think is alright and everyone writes their own poetry b/c it helps bring out feelings. this was cute though

i really really like it, i love writing poetry (among other things) and that was really good, well done. It may be a silly little poem, but i certainly enjoyed it!!
