This story is a sequel to Velvet Song's "Damsels and Dragons". Severus apparently has not conquered the curse after all, or is there something else going on?

Oh, dear. And we're off!
Response from MsTree (Author of Dragons in the Dungeon)
And running, as it were. ^_^
Interesting start. I haven't read "Damsels and Dragons", though the title always looked appealing to me; unfortunately, I have a very limited time and normally avoid multichaptered stories. But your story is very promising, and if you really succeed in posting a chapter every week, then I'll be happy to read it. (Not sure about commenting every week, however)

to really understand what's going on, I really suggest reading "Damsels and Dragons" first. Velvet Song's start is here: http://www.thepetulantpoetess.com/viewstory.php?sid=18337, and my continuation is here: http://www.thepetulantpoetess.com/viewstory.php?sid=19501. Otherwise, you might get a bit confused, but feel free to read them in any order you wish. ^_^
GO MARIGOLD!!! put that pair in a library, and they almost forget to breathe. Lucius has some fast talking to do, and he is just the one to do it.

I just figured how I act when I'm in a library and knew just what they were feeling. ^_^Lucie! You got some 'splainin' to do! And he'll get a chance to do some fast talking, maybe, later on in the story. ^_^
Please accept my condolences on your mothers passing. It is lovely to have you back, and to have another chapter of this wonderful story, I hope to see more as soon as you are feeling better.
A shadow dragon, a perfect fit for Severus.

I have to agree. It's probably why Velvet Song chose the species as Severus' alter ego.

Oh my, Severus is not going to be happy in the morning.

Especially after speinding two hours with Harry and Neville billing and cooing. ^_~
I am glad you decided to continue this story!

You should really thank Velvet Song. If she hadn't agreed to allow me to continue using her characterizations, I would not have written this story at all. But I do thank you for the review and the sentiment. ^_^

I'll send her a note thanking her now!
I' m so happy you decided on a sequel. I'll wait for next chapter impatiently.

It's in the queue. Anyone's guess as to when it will post, however. ^_^
This is a wonderful who done it. Please keep us all guessing till the end.
Response from MsTree (Author of Dragons in the Dungeon)
Unfortuneately, I can't do that. I can, however, keep you guessing until the denouement after which things start getting interesting. ^_^
