Perhaps for an anniversary present, he should give her a sleeping bag. Colloquially known as a ... Fart Sack.

He really should! Thank you for reading!! <3
I love you, TR. You make me feel all warm and fuzzy with your storytelling. I even went to look up what an English Rose Kitchen looked like and I can see the charm. I want one. But if I had to chose, I'd want my very own Severus Snape more. I can hear his healing song in my head. He could do anything he wanted with me after that. Kisses!

Thank you so much! I always remembered his 'song' when her healed Draco and it stuck with me. He's so toweringly magical. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I love English Rose kitchens - I've always dreamed of a 'retro' kitchen. They were really popular in the UK when I lived there.Happy Holidays!
These two sentences have so much to say 'between the lines' and they're making my eyes sting so I need a tissue: In those days, she kept it spotless and gleaming, as if she expected company every day. None ever came.I had a neighbour a bit like that when I was a kid. Her husband was running several businesses, and the kids went to boarding school. I was too young at the time to realise she was really quite lonely.

Thank you so much. I am glad that I could convey these memories for you. I think of Eileen as being so lonely; a real outcast, and totally ill equipped to deal with Muggle life in the good times, not to mention hard times. Thank you for your lovely, and thoughtful comment.
What started out as a boring night for Severus on the Malfoy grounds soon switched around 360 degrees into something much more pleasurable. Glad he got his happy ever after than his boring life as an Unspeakable .
Ahh fresh tea and the little PG tip cards brought back happy memories for me. Wonder how many Brits remember the ards and them being stowed away in that kitchen drawer to be played with when the weather was poor.
Thanks for the happy memories not only of the young Severus but also for me.
Thanks for writing and sharing with us.

Thank you! Many of the things mentioned in this story were things my husband did (he's from Luton, originally). Money was tight and there weren't that many extras, but he and his brother used to campaign to be the one to empty the PG Tips into the caddy so they could get the card first!I'm glad you enjoyed the story, and that it brought back happy memories for you as well.
Yay, a sweet story for poor Severus, who doesn't get nearly add many happy ever afters as he should! I love how this story made me laugh to, and how totally real as people you make them. Your stories have never failed me yet! :)

Thank you! Someone once asked me why I wrote about Severus so much, and I realised it was because I felt he deserved a bit more happiness than JKR was willing to give him. And I think Hermione Granger is just the girl to help him achieve it! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you'll continue to enjoy my stories.
This is a great story, i like it alot. :-)

Oh wow Teddy...another gem. I loved how Son of Tom was relegated to Son. I walked down the aisle to the Trumpet Voluntary at Holy Trinity church Bardsley, Oldham and now have to laugh at that. I didn't break wind until I was pregnant and then all bets were off. It did take a couple of years though. Normally a sweary Sev gets me all hot and bothered but Hermione was just so kickass...go girl. Well Teddy in a few weeks I'm off to Hogwarts.......Florida...... but last week my hubby got a new car and we went on a roadtrip from Lancashire to north Scotland and John O' Groats so I suppose that is "real" Hogwarts country. Simply stunning and so civilised to be offered a wee dram of Glenmorangie whisky with one's breakfast dahling. BTW...Didsbury....my daughter hated the kids from there when she used to congregate in Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester on a Saturday....more at home with the Droylsden, Oldham and Gorton kids...like Sev. God I'm going on but I really enjoyed this story and it has gone 1.00 am but I have been looking out for the Perseids meteor shower...we saw some last night. Best wishes and night night, Love Ali xxxx.

Ali, I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It always gives me such a warm feeling to know you are there in God's country. I miss England so much, and you bring a little bit of it to me when you tell me about you and your Manc boy roadtripping up Nurth.Have a wonderful time in Florida - you're only about 12 hours away, you should come up and visit me! Take care and thank you for making me feel at home again.
Funny, sweet, and a bit naughty. Very enjoyable read!

I had a bit of a tough one myself last week, sweetie. I hope it helped. LML will be updated this week, and hopefully will be complete by the end of the month. Does that help?
Response from deedeebug95 (Reviewer)
Oh it does!! I hope life is ok, I worry when you tell me you have had a rough week....You and your Daddy are healthy and happy I hope. Please tell me that the book editing is going well!! Finally I hope you are not bogged down by the mundane...your #1 fan(yes Stephen King was my God for years!!) Hugs~dee
Response from TeddyRadiator (Author of Every Day Is Saturday)
Thank you sweetie! We're great - we had a health scare with one of our furry babies (our cat Bosco) but he is recovering, and work is, well, what work always is, and the editing's going great.Thank you for your dear concern. It means so much to me. It's actually been a great day of writing - finishing up Lay Me Low's chapter 37, and Chapter 38 will be the last chapter, so that's exciting to finish it. It's been three years in the making!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words!
What a great first chapter, I love the way you portray Severus' journey through his grief, to the point where he can love again.
Hermione is quite a witch, she can take care of herself with or without a wand.
Response from TeddyRadiator (Author of Every Day Is Saturday)
Thank you. I really put a lot of thought into his thought processes; I wanted it to feel like the '5 stages of grief' had finally been worked through. I feel like he'd been stuck on one level for a very long time, and now was trying to come to grips with himself and his feelings on it. I'm glad that came across.I loved getting to write Hermione as this tough-talking, cigar-chomping, cussin' type! ;)
This is so sweet and beautiful. And so well written. How fitting that Snape finds love, forgiveness and happiness in his childhood home.

It's been awhile since she's had the chance. I figured she was due.

This is the perfect story...from the B.B of B.S to ~Mischief Managed~ The dialogue is a whoop. I love it when females swear; aren't they allowed to holler out? Perhaps, I'm not a lady. Thanks for my morning giggle. All's right with the world. JF
Response from TeddyRadiator (Author of Every Day Is Saturday)
Thank you so much! I'm thrilled you enjoyed it. I figured as much as Hermione has had to put up with, she's earned the right to swear - I've got a bit of a mouth on me as well, so I can relate. Glad to get your world in a good place!

Love it! And super damn hilarious is that my husband accused me of farting him awake this morning, and then I sit down and read this? LMAO!
Response from TeddyRadiator (Author of Every Day Is Saturday)
Hey, we all do it! Even when, like Hermione, we deny it ;)I'm so glad you enjoyed it - you really gave me a laugh, too!
