This is a very interesting read. The back story you provide is amazing, and I enjoy reading about Sirius' past from the Pureblood POV. (And about Snape, but that is a given... :) )Also the sonnets are so well chosen. I really like how they set of the vignettes.I'm eagerly waiting for more.

Thanks. I've been thinking about these sonnets in connection with Snape for some time, but I never felt myself qualified to write the story. There's no way to know that without trying, so I'm giving it a shot. Chapter 2 is almost ready for the queue :)
