I cannot help imagining 'Oh, Licky!' spoken in the fantastic voice of Frank N Furter. And how good to see Hermione's work paying of so well.
That was definitely unexpected. Not what I had envisioned from the title. I was thinking less literally, but some great lines in there. LOL And I love the review responses, too.

So I have to wonder, is a house-elf named after their skills, or do they just learn to live up to their given name? Either way, Lucius is one lucky guy. Um, if you're into house-elves, that is. :)

Master Lucius was being kind enough to give Licky a new name after Master was learning what Licky likes best.

should not feel sorry for Licky OR Missy Cissy. Licky is liking licking, and Missy Cissy is being too busy with Pokey and Roger, anyway.
