There's not much to say, really. I'm a thirty year-old mother of three, married for seven years, I live in the Southeastern US, I'm a newly graduated Registered Nurse, and I'm absolutely enthralled with Severus Snape. It was my love for Alan Rickman that inititally brought me to love the character of Snape so much, and I adore everything he (Alan Rickman) has ever done, stage or screen. I've been in the fandom for around three years now, and have loved every minute of it.
Reviews for Nothing Lost
Beautiful imagery, as two lost and brocken souls find healing in love.

Thank you so much! I haven't been around in ages, so it's very heartwarming to come back and see such wonderful reviews! I'm so glad you liked it. :)
I like the idea of the two of them healing each other like this. Lovely imagery.

Thank you so much! It was fun trying to decide what their inner minds would look like.

Sometimes it takes a tortured soul to help another tortured soul. Well done.

This is beautiful! They are so fragile and yet so empowered. The happiest endings seem to come from tragic beginnings. Wonderfully done.

Thank you! I love to find strength through tragedy, and I think some of the strongest people are also the ones that have suffered the most.

Short and (bitter)sweet, but I enjoyed it.

Whoa hold the phone....Bully.....that was fantastic. Beautiful, heady, desolate, poetic prose......dark yet shining with redemptive light at the end. Sheer magic my friend. I'm coincidently listening to some new age "angel" music as I read this and it's very fitting. On a mundane note the music soothes me as I'm ironing. Well done. And ooh ahh Cantona...Colonel Brandon....brilliant Georgian eye candy. Best wishes, Love Ali xxxxx.

Thank you so much for the lovely review! I almost never have to heart to leave things completely without hope. On another note, I listen to a lot of New Age music as well... it's very good at putting me in the right frame of mind for writing certain things. I've become a fan of listening to music while I work around the house too... TV gets on my nerves for the most part these days. :)

You have a gift for making naked and brutal realities strangely beautiful.

Thank you so very much! I find that there are subtle beauties to most anything in life... you just have to find them. :)

This is just beautiful. Does it have any connection with your earlier story where Snape is carrying a pregnant unconcious Hermione, thinking the child might be his ?
Response from BulletTimeScully (Author of Nothing Lost)
Thanks so much! No, this story and that one are totally seperate, although the other story will have two more parts eventually. :)

Thanks babe! I wrote this one for the Dark Arts LDWS challenge on LJ. It was a lot of fun, especially in describing their subconscious minds. :)
