Reviews for Redemption on the Installment Plan – XIV
Oh, poor Cormac, only wasted love... how bitter are the revelations, how will he recover, if he does, and does this mean he has itterly given up or will he try again with Andy? Meanwhile Severus is there for a flustered Pansy, as well as soothing the worries and nerves of a Ginny in need of something seemingly missing in her (married) life--Severus and Lucius upcoming rituals might enlighten her in a way she needs--the task of pleasing both Lucius and Severus does seem to appeal to her curious nature.Hermione's eavesdropping of Cissy and Arthur allows some reflection to surface aboutthe lack of affection and intimacy in her own life--enjoying the twists and tossed storylines mingling together, only Hermione seems to be stuck in a rut, but perhaps she will 'decide in her own mind to take the leap'. Great chapter!

Appreciate your compassion for our tormented soul Cormac - and for the isolated Hermione while wild pairings are being made (and unmade) all around her. Thanks.
Okay, now I'm totally confused. What the H**L is going on here? ^_^

Perhaps I am underwriting. Andy continues her pursuit of Cormie. Pansy vamps Severus. Cormac rescues Hermione. Severus grooms Ginny, who is from an old family, for an ancient ritual. Arthur offers admiration and afffection to a middle-aged lady. Andy has a change of mind, although not a change of heart.

Still confused, but still reading. Thanks. ^_^

Now Severus is flirting with Ginny -- a married woman. yet -- and she's succumbing to his charms?? And Narcissa is flirting with Arthur?? Good grief -- this is almost starting to look like one big swingers' party! Redemption? Not if appearances are anything to go on...Severus seems determined to be a womanizer, and I'm starting to think that Hermione should simply throw him over for someone else who won't give her a reason to feel insecure (Viktor Krum, maybe?)

Thanks for all the comments. There is either a lot of backsliding or the characters have deep issues with no immediate solution. Is Hermione interested in Severus? She is not sending any signals even though other girls are. Is Hermione's character flawless without need of redemption, or is she unable to send signals and did she get into such a snarl at work that Cormac had to rescue her for the sake of the school project (although acqaintances have remarked that a reader unfamiliar with administrations might not recognize the trouble she was in)?
