I am a latecomer to the Potterverse (way after HBP). I was searching the web for everything and anything about Snape one day when I accidentally stumbled over my first Severus/Hermione story. I read it, was intrigued, searched for more, and the rest is history.
My fandom world very much revolves around Severus Snape and Lucius Malfoy.
My favourite 'ships are Hermione/Severus, Hermione/Lucius, Severus/Lucius, and my OT3: Severus/Hermione/Lucius.

I must stop reading this stuff at work! What a decadent tale. Sex & chocolate mousse? WOW. I enjoyed this and my boss can't figure out why I'm blushing.

Thank you!I'm so glad you enjoyed this (even if it caused a bit of embarrassment at work )
Yay! Happy ending (for all~!) and Slytherin-Gryffindor cunning win out over the corrupt. :D

Good thing Malfoys keep records. And I just love Hermione's question about 'how friendly are you?' LOL I guess we'll find out, won't we?

That's one way to assure Severus that she doesn't have any romantic interest in Lucius despite his best efforts to charm her. I love how Hermione starts to see him in a different light by visiting him at his home. Should make her proving his innocence easier from her moral standpoint.
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
Hermione gradually starts to see Lucius as someone capable of deep affection. Before she wanted to prove his innocence because she believes in justice and because she believes Severus when he says Lucius is innocent.

I like the nice moments between the two of them and I love how simply Severus and Minerva can apologize to each other. That's the mark of an old friendship. I think they will both be happier for that.
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
They definitely will be. Though neither would probably admit it, I'm sure they've missed each other and their friendship.

Hmmm... Wonder if someone at the Ministry knows more than they are letting on? And I love that Severus is still holding a grudge. He really is that sort of person.
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
Severus can hold a grudge for a very long time - justified or not.

I'm intrigued. I can fully understand Lucius keeping spare wands and there have to be enough people out there who dislike him enough to want him locked up if they can't have him dead. I can't wait to see how this mystery unravels and who the guilty party really is.
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
Thank you :)I imagine that Lucius would make sure never to be without a wand again after the events in DH.

I suppose after Lucius got a little flirty, and Severus got a little huffy about it, the logical way to rid him of his fit is to apparate him directly to her bedroom. Good plan, Hermione, lol. I wonder if Lucius will be along for the ride at some point?
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
Hermione knows what she wants and how to get it. And it worked with Severus here ;)

Well, glad Severus and Minerva made their peace in their own way. And Severus and Herione down by the lake seemed so relaxed and natural. Perhaps they could get used to such a thing. And now to visit Lucius ...
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
I've always thought of Severus and Minerva as friends and the way they behaved to each other in DH made me sad, so I wanted to remedy that.

Well, Lucius has a good team on his side, but it isn't going to be easy to prove his innocence. Still, I have every confidence. :)

Hermione just can't help getting involved, can she? And how will Snape play into this? Off to find out ...

I think not enough attention is paid to how unethical the "right" side was. I think it's like "the right side was right, so it's all right, and the wrong side was wrong, no matter what they did". And that makes me CRAZY.This is awesome in that it makes the "right" side WRONG. And shows why they're wrong!

I completely agree with you. The end doesn't always justify the means. Thank you for reading and for all your lovely reviews. I'm very glad you enjoyed this.

This was a super fun story to read. I especially liked your choice of villian - he was refreshingly different. Thanks for sharing!

A very interesting evening on Friday. By the way, two minds with the same thought. Amos Diggory is my 'villian' in the sequel to "Damsels & Dragons". *grin* Maybe I should use someone else but that would mean having to rewrite the first twenty chapters. *pout* I'm almost finished with the story and ready to start posting. ^_^
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
Hee, great minds and all that...Don't use another villain. Amos Diggory is such a nice villain ;)Thank you so much for reading and reviewing :)
Amos! Unexpected but expected in a way. Lol at the last part..
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
Thank you :)
"Met his trusts" or "Met his thrusts"? That last line confused me.I wonder if the combination of Lucius' attentions and Severus being there got Hermione a little turned on?
Response from Dreamy_Dragon (Author of A Fortiori)
Maybe a tiny little bit... "Met his thrusts." The "h" was missing. It's now there. Thank you for letting me know. And thank you for reading and reviewing
