Thank you. Yes, it's terrible. A little concerned that my brain has the capacity for such darkness.
I just want call out "I'll take them.". How unfairly these children are being treated! I'm hoping Hermione will fix it.

Yes you have to present the issue so it looks like Severus is taking advantage of the golden almost trio. Duh! Make a new plan Hermione.
My heart just breaks at horror these children have gone through. That Mrs. G needs to be fired or worse.
This is on FFN you say? Are you still updating here at TPP? I am disapointed that Ron couldnt cough up enough sympathy for innocent children to come along with them. I do hope Harry can throw a bunch of money at the problem and at least start to make things right.

Yes, I'm updating here still. Since this forum is moderated, and FFN isn't, updates are a bit slower here than they are over there. Just an FYI for those who'd rather read more of the story without waiting. Some people like instant gratification; I'm one of them ;)

A horrific chapter, but very well-written, and certainly realistic to what can happen during and after war, especially to war orphans. I'm glad that Hermione and Harry are still resolute in their decision to help, despite the possible negative repercussions. I couldn't begin to guess what Harry will offer Snape, but I'm certainly looking forward to finding out!
A tough chapter to read. They've got their work cut out for them. Slughorn needs to retire. Looking forward to the solution.
Oh, how horrible. I think what is more disturbing than the treatment at the brothel, is the fact that they are subjected to things at Hogwarts which are so bad that they leave for this lifestyle. Kids are cruel, but this is above and beyond. I do hope they can turn things around.
That went as well as could be expected, right? I do hope that they can all agree to work together. It will make things easier, and they are going to have enough of a time getting the kids sorted out, without being at each other's throats.
Seriously looking forward to this.
This really was the hardest chapter to read. I'm following you on another "channel" , but up to this point either way I still want Brigita to get out of there. I still want to see her reunited with her siblings and safe, and get a chance at a better life under much more favorable circumstances. I hope there's still a chance yet.
Wow. Horrific and powerful stuff. This must've been an extremely difficult chapter to write, but you treated it with dignity and respect. Well done. I felt awful thatit dredged up some bad memories for Hermione, and I hope Snape will come to know/understand about what she has suffered. Keep up the FANTASTIC work!
